I really enjoyed my 10 sessions of pilates with Don. He really knows his stuff and is very good at explaining everything in great detail. My workout was tailored to my needs really working on my problem areas and slowly increasing the difficulty....

My daughter has been attending classes for just a few weeks and already have seen a vast improvement in her confidence. She is extremely excited each class to come and learn from the great instructors and classmates.

All the trainers are welcoming and helpful from the beginning! They remembered my name every time I walked in! The music is fun and the workouts are never the same! Great team of coaches! Great experience!

Great place to get a good lift and/or cardio. I never have to wait for machines or weights and the staff is outstanding. Also, it's well-kept and very clean!

We absolutely love this gym! They are extremely helpful and professional when you have any questions are always ready to help in any way they can. If you are looking for home gym I recommend you become a part of this one.

The bathrooms smell awful, but other then that everything's great here for games

Needs to be 24/7 again. I work nights and there's no way I have time in the day. Thinking about canceling and going to Crunch Fitness. I'm not going to pay for a gym membership I don't use.
