    I wouldn't come back to this location. We were waiting to be seated and the host helped the people that came in after us first. After we pointed that out she still helped them first and didn't apologize even though we waited longer. The service was lacking also all the tables around us were being tended to except us and we got our items to go and left. Idk how this location has so much good reviews when they treat customers poorly.

    Extremely mediocre. Thank goodness for the great customer service. Truly fantastic people working here! Food and alcoholic beverages were “meh.”

    Would not recommend this location for groups bigger than 4—6 before/during/after.. We waited by the host stand for 15 mins but I'm not sure how much longer the gentleman in front of us had waited as he finally had enough and confronted a server or perhaps the hosts that were walking by (about three different employees passed by the host stand and did not acknowledge the growing number of people waiting at the door..)     Chili's has gone down hill drastically! I used to order bone in buffalo wings until I kept receiving either boneless OR smoked that had some buffalo sauce thrown on it or old stale wings.Tonight I ordered the chicken fajitas and the rice was LITERALLY half done, the pico was so old the tomatoes were mush & onions tasted 5 days old.
    I used to love Chili's. It was one of my favorite places. This is 4th time in a row it's been bad! Not going for a 5 th

    Got here a little after 4:00. Not that busy, no hostess to seat us, a busboy finally came out and said the hostess just got here but she never helped us, someone else did. Got to our seat and waited a while for the waitress to acknowledge us. Took forever to get the drinks, they were brought by another worker. Finally the waitress came back and asked for our order. When our food came, another worker brought the food and part of it was missing and lukewarm. We had to flag someone down to get ref … – show

    Great food, if you haven't been here before every dish is good. But I just went today and the service was terrible. It could be that there is so many customers, but no waiters/waitresses we're checking on people to see if they needed anything. The workers weren't in uniform so I could tell if they worked here or not. Other than that it was alright. Usually the service is better than this. But I 100% recommend, if you haven't been here before. Overall 3.5/5 stars.

    They don't serve Chicken Fried Steak anymore, they don't serve gravy and they don't serve the original Chicken Crispers any more. The French fries were gross. The fried pickles were small and not worth $8. We won't ever eat at Chili's again. A table with kids had their phone on cartoons and that's all we could hear. They weren't even sitting by us.

    Nice restaurant with okay service. My wife got a chicken salad while my son and I split the big platter where you get two half orders of their big dishes. He got chicken bites while I got the steak quesadillas. I took one bite of mine and absolutely could not eat it. It did not say it was spicy on the menu, however it was much too spicy for me to even attempt eating. My son and wife tried it as well and neither of them could eat it either.     We had a three generation dinner for two granddaughters birthdays. Their birthdays are a few years and one week apart. They both are hooked on steaks and sides here. We tried them out during the summer and they have asked to come back when we ask they where they want to eat. We enjoy the thin corn chips and dips.
