I just discovered Arlington Forest at Landmark and will never go anywhere else for my auto repair or car shopping needs. The owner is hands down the most knowledgeable professional, and he leverages an incredible network of resources. My repairs were done right the first time, and at a most competitive price. I've lived in the area for over 60 years and have never seen or experienced anything like Arlington Forest. Well done!

If I could give more than 5 stars I absolutely would! Bill and his team are the most caring and most generous team around. They always look to take care of the customer. Bill consistently goes way out of his way and goes above and beyond to make sure things are taken care of. My family has been going here for years, even before my brother and I could drive. Now, we all go and have spread the word to friends and neighbors. I know very little about cars but Bill treats us with respect and tries to – show

Beyond shocked at the treatment. Was referred to this repair shop and was told that our car wasn't worth fixing without them even offering a written estimate. Then told to get the car off our property or it will go to the impound lot. Not sure who Bill is, but he clearly skipped customer service skills class, or is in badly need of a permanent vacation.

They kept my Ford running until it was 20 years old, then when it was time to retire it, they gave me the scrap metal price (trust me, I'm surprised they offered THAT much), and put it towards a newer Volkswagon. The price for the newer car was literally a quarter of what other places charged for the exact same used car. I HIGHLY recommend them!

I was a good customer of Arlington Forest and knew Bill (Owner) and Rob my favorite mechanic for over ten years. Actually they are all very good guys, even Gordon who seems to never want to talk to me, lol. However, I recently changed my primary auto mechanic to another company, because Bill is simply over stressed all the time and losing control of his high demand business. What that company needs is for Bill to let someone else manage the daily shop business and take it into the digital age – show

I'm surprised to read the criticisms of Arlington Forest Services Center. Bill Bryden and the mechanics who work with him have helped us many times, and they are the only mechanics we trust. We have an old Saab, and Bill's prices were much more reasonable than what we had been paying. He always offered to repair parts, or buy used ones, to save us money. In fact, we were told by the place we used for years that it would cost us $5,000 to make a bunch of repairs and recommended that we sign t – show

DISHONESTY is what you fear in a mechanic because you don't necessarily know the remedy, and you put your trust in them to provide that. I won’t dispute that they were definitely personable guys.
My power steering was shot, and with a straight face I received a winded explanation of how i would need a whole new unit and 5 hours of labor totaling $2,300 for a new unit.

    Simply rude.

I have been working with Bill for over 30 years and have bought every single one of my cars from him with the exception of one. He is as honest as the day is long and I would recommend anyone looking for a good car.

I just was hung up on by the Owner of Arlington Forest Services, Bill Brydon! I was stranded with my car on the Washington, D.C. Beltway (I495). Before I could explain the situation, which was extremely dangerous as there were 4 lanes of high speed vehicles passing by at all times and the heat was intolerable. I only stated that their facility had worked on my vehicle, which was picked up from his shop only one week ago and I was now stranded. He did not want to know anything about the vehi – show
