Big studio, good vibes, friendly+professional trainers, and crazy-good workouts… The most fun days are the ones with a live DJ… yaaaay!

F45 Landmark is such a great place. I love F45 in general; the workouts are challenging but change daily so you never get bored. There’s a balanced combination of cardio and strength training and you get fit FAST. You can really adjust the exercises to your fitness level and it doesn’t feel like a standard workout class like SoulCycle because every person is doing something different. F45 is amazing.

d, and encouraging. They correct your form but also encourage you to lift heavier if they know you can. They’re energetic and so fun to be around.

The facility itself is great. There’s a Fit3D machine, included in membership, that gives you in-depth stats about your fitness level, body fat percentage, posture, and more.

I’m moving to a different city and am going to miss this studio so much. I’ll keep going to F45 in my new city but it’ll be hard to find a studio with such amazing coaches. It’s a fantastic community for anyone who loves a good workout (or wants to start). I can’t recommend F45 landmark enough.
