    It's a good gym and has what I need to get my body moving. I hope with the change to Gold's that they will expand the space and add more classes.

    If you don't like crowds, go between 9 and 4. Also, no bumper plates!

    Great gym with super friendly staff! Great bang for your buck. Just avoid going from 5:30 to 7:30 pm if you can. Gets super crowded!
