Weilun Lo is a mechanical engineer by training yet the USPTO allows him to supervise a Computer Science art unit, hence his lack of understanding of the art he is supposed to supervise. The end result is poor interpretation of claim language and prior art. The applicants suffer along with the reputation of the USPTO.

Nice place with plenty of room when I attended a robotics competition there!
Has plenty around it for a variety of eats. Also has a cool museum inside!
So,good for events! **

I got to say, no one issues patents like these guys. I've tried several off-brand patent issuers, but that only got me in trouble, and no one seemed to believe my off-brand patents were patented. These guys are the real deal, and people seem to respect patents from here, but you probably shouldn't wait there the whole time. It can take a few months, you know? They have a museum, too!
