If you are not tech savvy this is not the apartment community for you. There are several apps you will need as a resident. The Latch app is kinda annoying, but I’ve learned to deal with it. I’ve lived in Reese for a month now and I absolutely love it. The construction is not that much of a headache. The staff notifies us of any possible inconveniences due to construction. It’s a great community and it’s close to my work. The staff does a great job of keeping the community clean and hosting regul… – show
ar events for residents. While I love my sales rep I do believe the team here does a poor job of onboarding new residents. I had to figure out a lot of things on my own. Residents are nice and we help each other out.
They provided a parking pass for the garage, but didn’t tell me where to park or how I get to my unit.
I understand my phone is my key, but what happens if my battery dies? I was advised to download the apps, but had no clue how to properly use them.
New residents move in with boxes, where do we take the boxes after we break them down? People have left their boxes in the hallway because they don’t know how to dispose of them. I spoke with a young man in the mailroom and he advised me to create a ticket for box pickup.
Speaking of the mailroom. The package delivery system here is incredibly concerning. I’ve picked up my packages everywhere in the lobby. They rarely make it to the package room for check-in on the Luxer One app. It’s a wonder nothing has been stolen.
I love the fact the modem for Xfinity is included in the apartment. Even though you pay the monthly fee — it was convenient to set up during move in.
The first time I used the stove it had a really strong gas smell. It set off the fire alarm in my apt. I immediately turned off the oven, opened a window, and turned on a fan. It was startling and upsetting. I thought everyone would have to evacuate the building. I took the battery out of the alarm, but it didn’t stop it from beeping. A nice young man named Christian came to help me reset the alarm. He also advised me to turn on the oven the next day and let it run for a bit. Reassuring me the more I use it the smell will go away.
The apartment could use dimmers, under cabinet lighting, and venting that goes outside. The dish washer steam hits the counter and wets the floor sometimes. Would help if it were installed away from the counter a bit.
Anyway, I saw one resident post a picture of her apartment and I thought it was very helpful in terms of figuring out how to live comfortably in a small space. I thought I’d do the same. I attached pictures showing how I designed my studio. I hope this helps.

I have been holding off on writing this review for a while now but I have become increasingly frustrated with my living experience.
I have been here since March and quite frankly, I don't think the building was ready to open when it did. The three main problems are the Latch system
