the following ways: left the wires exposed (in violation of the company’s own policy), swapped the motor in a way that left the threaded bolts banging against the fan blades (potentially damaging the blades), removed/discarded the HVAC cap without the home owner’s permission, & was abrupt, completely disregarding our concerns about the safety of exposed wires in an area adjacent the kids’ backyard playground. The Tech came out several times to fix his mistakes, but then became obstinate. After going round and round with Brenovations’ management and eventually the owner, they also gave up because the Tech absolutely refused to come back. So unless you want service from a company that: fixes HVACs in a way that could cause more damage, violates its own policy, takes property off the job site without the home owners’ permission, disregards safety concerns of children, and has no backbone to stand up to their own techs, then we suggest you stay far away from Brenovations HVAC. To make matters worse, Brenovations HVAC has completely given up on the service: leaving us stuck where we started with an incomplete job and hazardous situation. After all the work, frustration, and lost hours, we are nowhere closer to resolving the failure of the original service, making Brenovations literally “the worst” AC company.

& Casita we build every time, without fail" (straight from our contract). This company has provided terrible customer service, extremely poor quality of work, and an unsafe construction environment. They painted our Casita 2 days after it was stuccoed. Ask any other professional, stucco must be cured for at least 30 days prior to painting. This resulted in significant cracking which they tried to just paint over. Eventually, they had to repaint our entire project. Our term per the contract ended in February (que excuses from the builder, now...). No sense of urgency or desire to complete the remaining work. We were 90% complete for over 6 months. There was a 3-month period where someone was at our project only 6 times. We had a deep open hole for our septic system for over 3 months due to their inability to successfully pass inspection (failed 3 times). They finally put up a temporary fence after I asked multiple times and expressed concern for the safety of our kids. Another major concern was roof tiles started falling off. Save yourself the headache and months of excuses we've endured the last 15 months.

a call at 140pm from the owner that my food was ready. I informed him of the situation with my wallet and expressed the panic of losing my wallet. I recovered my wallet, thankfully, and proceeded back to pick up my order. I arrived at 230pm, to my horror the food had been sitting out in the room temperature. I politely explained the situation and how I did not feel comfortable eating seafood that had been left out on the counter for an hour. They manager obliged in my request to remake the food. The issue is the girl made the food out of spite. I asked for a poke bowl and I have had them several times. You can see in the photo that for the 20dollars I spent there is only half of a portion. When I called to explain the situation that I felt the associate spitefully made the bowl this way, I was dismissed and talked over and told to write a review. Saddest excuse for 20dollars spent. They just lost all my business and I work in retail and recommend many places, this will not be one.

We DO NOT recommend this builder. We contracted with Luxe Development Group dba Arizona Garage Builders (aka Arizona Casita Builders) to build a small, simple 500 sq ft pool house in our backyard, but this project ended up being anything but simple. The project has been ongoing for 11+ months. We had to hire our own subs to get many items completed correctly (i.e., decking, plumbing). Unnecessary excavation was done for water pipe which damaged all our landscape lighting and irrigation which cost

us $4K+ to fix. Excavation, water, sewer, electrical pipes, and backfill was supposed to be a 5-day process but took 6+ weeks, leaving us without use of our driveway and garages. Installing the ceramic tile floor required a special subfloor to prevent tile damage due to poor quality concrete foundation and took 2+ months to complete installation. The tankless water heater and kitchen sink leaked, and their sub plumber could not fix it. We had to hire our own plumber to come and fix it. The windows were installed one foot higher than called for by engineered plans and are consequently non-usable unless you are over 6 feet tall or have the aid of a stepladder. The project superintendent was rarely onsite to supervise work.
We registered a complaint with the ROC of Phoenix. We have had 2 onsite visits from an inspector and Arizona Garage Builders has been issued several directives to resolve issues with our pool house project. Our sole purpose in posting this review is to make other potential clients aware of this business's shortcomings. If others choose to engage with this business, they are doing so with their eyes wide open. As of the date of this posting all issues have not yet been resolved. Should you want to confirm our ROC complaint, potential clients can look on the Arizona Registrar of Contractors (ROC) website for license number 312646.
We also discovered during the ROC complaint process that AZGB used unlicensed subcontractors on our permitted project which is in violation of local laws. Because they used unlicensed subcontractors their work was not insured.

went on for about 11 months now!!! Despite the numerous calls/texts I made and attempts to get a hold of them I would get the run around. Finally I got a hold of Mercedes and she said they would come out April 28th between 10am-1pm and that NEVER happened.
This is where I draw the line - when Mercedes (owner) point blank lied to me and they never showed up to fix issue. And on top of it - she did not respond to my calls/texts that day. When you pay for service, you expect a certain level of professionalism and accountability.
Overall - I cannot recommend AtoZ Flooring LLC based on my experience. It’s important for companies to take ownership and work to correct issues, unfortunately that was not the case in our situation.

I enjoy the teachings and messages at Zion City Flowing Wells church. The biggest drawn back is the length of the message as well as the repetition. The first service I attended was about an hour long. The subsequent services I've attended have gone anywhere between 20-30 minutes over.

I can only describe her as very short, and only her lower teeth are visible when she talks (I had ample opportunity to notice this when she was chatting with her friend). Her name tag was half covered by her collar, and the only visible letters were "NA" in big caps.
If any managerial staff reads this, "NA" needs some customer service training or else needs to be placed in a different role altogether.
This recent encounter prompted me to start shopping elsewhere again, so thanks to "NA" I will probably stay away for another year.
