Fantastic service from the call into the business to the techs that came out. Service, pumping, clearing a Leach line and installing a riser. Never felt pressured and everything was shown to me and explained. The price was great as well!! Awesome people work here!!! If you're in need of septic tank service or inspection, give these folks a call!!!
Thank you for the kind words. Our team strives to provide our clients with an education to prevent future issues and trouble free operation.

I stopped by my 90 year old dad’s place in Yuma only to find the sewers backing up. Of course this was on a Saturday afternoon. We contacted Apollo Septic and Recardo showed up within the hour. Not only was the pipe plugged solid but the tanks were full. Heat and humidity were high but he worked steady and got us all fixed up. Great guy, hard worker and always smiling. We are so glad we contacted Apollo Septic!
Thank you Walt for the kind words. We all strive for excellence in our service and are so grateful for clients like you and your family!

Hired them to pump and inspect septic tank for sale of property. They inspected it, but said they couldn't pump it because it was under the mobile home. We lost the sale due to this. Called Mayberry Sanitation and they promptly did the inspection and pumped it, for 20% less than Apollo charged for doing basically nothing.
Maria, Thank you for your kind words! We appreciate your business!

Recommend if you want someone to rip your faucet out of the side of your home, and hide their mistake by “replacing it”. On the bright side, with summer approaching, I now have a swimming pool inside my garage. Very convenient.

An employee caused damage while servicing a septic tank and the owner doesn’t want to take responsibility. Poor customer service!
Thank you for providing pictures showing that your hose faucet was indeed deteriorated and corroded due to water leakage. Remember there are always 3 sides to a story.
We paid your plumbing bill
We asked you to contact us regarding your situation, you have not.
We made arrangements with you via email to meet with us in our office next week.....
Have a wonderful weekend

We had Apollo Drain & Septic Services go do an inspection and service on our septic tank. They decided to use our water faucet that's attached to the garage. Well, they tried taking off our hose to put on their own hose and they broke the faucet off and the threads were left inside the plumbing. So they inserted an expandable tool to try to get the threads out and they ended up breaking our plumbing! Good thing my husband went outside to check and he noticed that they had just stuck in the new faucet and turned on the property water. They didn't even do it properly and the employee told my husband that someone will call but that he needed to go to his next job. He left while the garage wall had turned into a water fountain. Now the owner doesn’t want to take responsibility for the costs of the water damage, plumbing repair, and drywall repair. He says there was already water damage because he noticed there was chipping paint. I have proof of 2 home inspections, 1 plumber, and 1 licensed contractor that was sent to inspect the damage that show there was no prior damage at all. I have a feeling there will be no solution but I want to send out a fair warning that while the actual septic inspection may be properly done for about $750, he will take no responsibility for any damage done by his employees to areas they were not supposed to be touching anyways.… – show

I was having a backup in 2 of my home restrooms. I called a plumber first and he ended up saying that the issue seems to be septic and that I would need to call someone. My tank is only a year old and it was initially installed by Apollo as a condition for me buying this house so I called Apollo and asked if they could please come take a look at my system. The woman I spoke to answered at almost 6pm!! She was sweet and very educational in her recommendations. She also said someone would come out the next day. Fast forward to Jose showing up the next day. All I can say is, thank you so much for the amazing service you provided. You gave me a bit more education on how my septic tank works and got my system working again!! You rock!! Thank you!!… – show

Do not choose this place for your septic needs. This place was recommended by our real estate agent and it was a very costly mistake for us. We are selling our house and we have to get our septic tank inspected. We were expecting to only have to pay for the inspection fee, because that is what my husband asked them to do. They did claim that they read a form stating all the prices before hand, but my husband does not remember it. Even, if they would have read off the form, we still would have no idea how much it would have cost until a tech got out to the job site as stated by the owner of Apollo. They charged $50 per foot to dig a hole. Our septic was unusually low. Foot feet deep instead of the normal two feet, which I think would have in itself warranted a simple phone call. Instead the tech completed the work without informing us. Apollo also stated that they give homeowners the options to dig their own holes to cut down on the cost. We were not home because we had to move in with family because my husband lost his job, also why are selling our home. But if we would have been given the option we would have found someone to dig the hole for us. Unfortunately, that option was taken from us without our approval. So we got a bill of $910 bill from Apollo septic without our consolation when we were only expecting a $150 dollar bill for the price of the inspection. It is a huge blow to our family at this time. If they would have consulted us, called us, or informed us we would have found another option to dig two four feet hole. In the end all we wanted was to be informed before the work was completed, and for them to change their policy to inform their customers of a costly expensive. It was a big miscommunication on both parties, but it cost my family dearly and I don’t want this to happen to someone else.… – show

Less than 2 years ago, we bought our property. Per state law, the septic tank must be drained and inspected before the sale of the home, so when we noticed our septic tank overflowing, it raised concerns! My first thought was that the company(Steele Septic) that performed the work hadn't really drained the tank. I called APOLLO in an effort to ask some questions. This is when I found out that Steele Septic had been bought by Apollo a few months after we bought our house.
I inquired as to why a 1,250 gallon tank would already need to be pumped. I was provided with several possibilities as to what the issues could be......with one being that it had not been pumped. They offered to come out to identify the problem. There would be a service fee of $150 and if they pumped out the tank, it would be about $300(for our size septic). There is a savings offered when you know where the caps are located.
Before actually setting up an appointment, we spoke to Jeremy about our concerns. Jeremy took the time to educate us about the ins and outs of a septic system and the steps he would take to determine what the issue was with our system. He basically walked my husband through all the steps. (Did you know there is a filter that can be accessed and should be cleaned periodically to help keep a septic system in good operating condition?) Luckily, my husband has a background that enabled him to fix our issue! My husband's Valentine's gift to me....hahaha!
Jeremy did not have to take the time to explain everything. He could have just scheduled an appointment and sent someone over to do what needed to be done and then billed us for the work completed. We appreciated his efforts and even though he nor his company came out to service our system, I will use them in the future.
APOLLO deals with sH!+, but their customer service is far from sh!++y! Thank You Jeremy!… – show
Debbie, We are very happy when we are able to educate our customers. We want to help you take care of your system and to know how it works. While we install, repair and maintain septic systems, we also educate. It's important that your system last as long as possible. We are happy to help either on the phone or on site. We encourage people to call with questions. Sometimes the solution can be found over the phone, as in your case. Very happy it worked out for you.
