I worked with Dustin, from the initial call, he came in within hours to turp my roof, helped me through the insurance process and the end product was great. A great value to your company

I used TSM when a tree fell on my mother’s house. Tyler Murphy (owner) came out to do the estimate, he was on time, professional and incredibly informative. He took the time to explain how insurance claims worked and worked directly with the insurance company which made it much easier on us. It was actually a huge relief to have someone to ask questions about the insurance claim that did not work for the insurance company. The material was delivered on time and when the crew showed up to tear o ff and install a new roof, they did it all in one day as promised. They also thoroughly cleaned up the yard, sweeping it with magnets to ensure no nails were left. I highly recommend this company! Tyler is very honest. straightforward, patient and willing to answer all questions. The work was done quickly, correctly and comes with a great warranty. … – show

I interviewed 3 local roofing companies and obtained estimates to repair wind damage to my roof. Of the 3 companies, Tyler at TSM was the only one to take the time to talk with me and explain to me what he saw, what needed to be done and what other things I might want to consider. His knowledge and experience made my selection much easier.
But then, the was the insurance adjuster. Rather than inspect the damage personally, she flew a drone and took a couple photos. She denied my claim saying my deductible would not be met. At Tyler's recommendation, I requested a second inspection.
At the second inspection, there was also some push back from the adjuster. However, when he checked the online files, he found not only Tyler's photos, but also Tyler's written explanation of what was damaged, how it happened and what would be required to correctly repair the roof meeting approved codes and standards.
The adjuster said it was so thorough and well documented that he would have no difficulty recommending the insurance approve the claim for the full amount.
Thanks to Tyler and the TSM Roofing team, my roof is properly repaired and now ready for winter.

Tyler made this whole experience easier for us. They got all of it done in less than a day and it looks amazing. They have answered all of our questions quickly. I would recommend them to everyone who asks and use them again

Tyler came right out after our wind damage. Placed a temporary repair while waiting on shingle back order. His crew did a great job with the new shingles and an excellent cleanup. Can't imagine how it could have gone better!

Tyler Murphy of TSM was a pleasure to work with in these times of uncertainty with all that is going on. Personable, responsive, complete in his explanations, and timing of events through this process, made it an unequivocally so stress free. He coordinated with another firm to remove the solar system and replace it in working condition after the r roof was replaced. The crew arrived on time and knocked out a 3000+ sq ft roof in about 8 hours. I would highly recommend this company for your r oofing needs. … – show

After receiving conflicting reports about possible hail damage on our roof from various roofing contractors for over a year, we contacted TSM Roofing who was one roofing company that our insurance agent recommended based on positive reviews from their insurance clients. Their representative, Tyler, came out and did a thorough inspection of our roof, skylights, and gutters, taking photos that he showed us that confirmed some hail damage, some of which had been there for awhile. He was very knowl edgeable and helpful to us regarding the process of putting in a claim to our insurance. He later took the time to meet with the insurance adjuster at our house who confirmed the damage and judged it to be a total roof replacement. The roof installation was done quickly, professionally, and with no disruption to our routine. We couldn’t be happier with the results and the way TSM guided us through the process. … – show

Very personable and helpful, honest and caring. I'm a single woman and it's hard to trust most businesses. Extremely pleasant, explained how an insurance claim for repair goes, and walked me through the whole process. All in all, they know what they're doing, the work was done quickly, cleaned up and even helped me move outdoor furniture. Can't say enough about how personal they take their business and how kind.

TSM did an amazing job! They have an awesome team and got the job done quickly and cleaned everything up after it was all finished. They were very friendly and communicated through the whole process. My new roof looks great! I highly recommend this company.
