    We have worked with Nicole once when we purchased a home and then again when we sold that home. She is amazing! From start to finish she keeps you informed and up to date on the progress of your transaction. We always felt like we were her most important clients. The truth is she is one of the top real estate salespeople in the area and has more clients than most in the business.     Nicole is professional, personable, knowledgable, capable and available. Throughout the entire selling process she continued to update and inform us on the process. Her years of experience show in her knowledge of the market area. She managed our special 'Home Showing' needs and pulled from her resources to reduce the stress of selling our home. Nicole went above and beyond to meet our expectations. She is an excellent realtor, whom we highly recommend.

    This review is long overdue however I wanted to express how pleased my family was working with Nicole through the purchase of our first and forever home and all the nuances that came along.     Nicole covered for an associate at the last minute and was able to show us several homes in the Show Low, Pinetop-Lakeside area all in one day. We chose a beautiful Victorian and she negotiated the price for us. She and her team were very responsive and helped us close 15 days early. I highly recommend Nicole for all your real estate needs.

    I recently just closed on a beautiful home in Show Low. I worked with Nicole and her team during this home buying process. I have to say that this was an excellent experience.     We feel so fortunate to have met and worked with Nicole to sell our Show Low vacation home. With our primary residence out of town she took care of many aspects of the sale that we couldn't be there for. She is very responsive and professional. Even when there were a couple “bumps” in the road Nicole stayed cool, calm and collected and got us through to the end. We highly recommend Nicole for any of your realtor needs in the White Mountains and beyond.

    Nicole is the best real estate agent ever! I never felt pressured to buy and she ALWAYS had my best interest in mind. She's a great communicator and goes above and beyond for her clients. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell in the White Mountains.

    Nicole is great! She understood that I was taking my time and didn't pressure me. There were also a couple issues with the house and she ironed them out with the seller with no stress to me! Will work with her again when I am ready to sell and buy.

    I worked with Nicole to buy and recently sell my first home with nothing but positive things to say about both experiences! Recently, I had moved away and started a new job so selling my house from afar was needless to say, stressful. Nicole made the process far less overwhelming than it could have been. I'd be thrilled if she were in Wisconsin to help again!

    Nicole was professional from start to finish. She kept us informed every step of the way. She provided a spreadsheet with all 10 offers showing the key details. She advised us but let us make all decisions. In the end she found resolutions for all inspection issues for us. We were able to pack up and leave the house in her hands without having to travel back for anything. I highly recommend her for any real estate needs.

    Nicole is an awesome Reltor! She made the buying process in the White Mountains easy and smooth. Nicole and her team are very responsive. She worked very well with me, my partner and the seller. She truly goes above and beyond for her clients. She still checks in to see how we are doing and liking the cabin. I highly recommend Nicole!

    Nicole was recommended to us by a co-worker, and we are very pleased that we chose to utilize her services. In addition to being pleasant to work with and extremely responsive to our calls/texts, she knows her stuff! Despite a frenzied market, Nicole was able to help us “seal the deal” in one day — working until 10pm to make it happen! I have no doubt she is the reason we were able to secure our new home.
