    It was wonderful, clean, comfortable and everything we could have asked for inside the treehouse. Plenty of towels, bathing soaps, kitchen dishes, etc. We will be back. The owner Pat and the groundskeepers were out and about every day and extremely friendly. We stayed in Treehouse #7 with a family of four and the amount of space and beds were perfect.

    Would not except my reservation w/my service dog — basically called me a LIAR! 4 years in the military brought ptsd and panic attacks back w/me — you are pathetic. Do not rent from them if you care about people with mental health problems because they are not welcomed here.

    Let me start with a highly recommended rating, but we weren't issue free for this visit.

    Rooms weren't properly cleaned
    (Owner was willing to have it cleaned properly the next day, but we didn't feel comfortable allowing this after we had moved our stuff in.)

    Lighting on the front porch/entrance wasn't enough lighting for the stairs at night

    We didn't have access to extra clean towels.

    I received a big splinter from the hand rail as I traveled down to the car.

    My wife and I have stayed once at the tree houses and once in a room on spring street. Felt like being at home. Spring street had the view and music of downtown and the treehouse had the beautiful rock and forest next to the creek. Can't wait to go back.

    It was a very nice place to stay the wife and I loved the bedroom she really liked the bathtub and thank you for the care package left on the door in the mornings

    My family and I loved staying in Sycamore Hollow Treehouse #7. It was absolutely beautiful and relaxing.
    It was very clean and comfortable. The beds were very soft and we all slept great.
    It is a perfect location for shopping and restaurants.
    We had a wonderful time staying in the treehouse and will be coming back soon.

    Made reservations for treehouse #7 several months ago. Met my sister from Ks there & we were so disappointed. We had thought we made sure it had 2 bdrm & 2 bathrooms before we booked. There was one bath & 1/2. Bdrms were cute but no storage area. Living area in balcony area with a couch but so small all 4 of us could not sit on at the same time. Not a. Treehouse at all. No view at all. Called to ask if they had any other properties we could change to because we were not happy & was treat … – show

      Thank you for taking the time to analyze my business so thoroughly. Clearly there was a disconnect between your expectations and what we actually have to offer our guests. The wide discrepancy between your perception and the reality of the situation made it impossible to please you. Your abusive behavior towards my staff and myself was unacceptable. These actions are the reason we did not offer your party alternative lodging in any of our available accommodations.

    We had a last minute urge to take a little trip and while this was one of the only places that had 1 room available, I am very happy we found it. We stayed in the treehouse village and was amazing! Clean, excellent view and lounging outside. Went hiking right outside of our room. Walking distance from all of the shops. A little too much than what I was wanting to pay, but I will definitely be coming back!
