    Anyone who could use a tension tamer session in these times, could use a bodywork or massage session to give those tight muscles some relief.

    I have been suffering from neck and shoulder pain for a long time now. I had a horrible tension headache and I went to see Rebecca. She found muscles I never knew existed. I have had many massages in the past, but nothing as beneficial and successful as this one. Rebecca really knows the human body and how to make the pain go away.

    Rebecca has got to be the most KNOWLEDGEABLE, EFFECTIVE and CARING therapist I have ever been to! I suffer from severe chronic pain including fibromyalgia, pots, slipped discs and a few other ailments. Her intake and assessment was very thorough and she quickly was able to identify multiple muscle groups that have been neglected and we're increasing my pain. I cannot wait to go back in two weeks and move closer to health with her support.

    Rebecca is amazing. I am a Dental Hygienist that continuously experiences back and neck pain from my profession. Rebecca has been so amazing and in relieving my pain. One time I was having jaw issues so severe I could not close my mouth completely. Rebecca did an intraoral massage and I was immediately able to close my mouth! Will continuing coming back for as long as I am in Colorado

    There are not enough words to express the care, level of expertise and most importantly relief I received in my session with Rebecca. I've been suffering for over 2 years with neck, back and knee pain as the result of an auto accident. This is the first time that I feel I have found someone who can truly help me.     Rebecca genuinely cares for her clients. Her intake process was very thorough, not just a paper form but a discussion and evaluation of how my body was obviously affected by it's response to injury. It was obvious that she wasn't jumping to conclusions but giving careful attention to all that my body was telling her in order to comprehend the areas where muscle tissue most needed her attention.     Rebecca is a true healer with her deep tissue message. She has done several types of message with me and they are all fantastic. But for me it's the deep tissue message that helps keep me going. I am a producer of photography and film and we carry lot's of heavy lighting cases etc. My lower back has gone out several times in the past and each time Rebecca goes in and makes it all better.     Words cannot begin to describe how amazing Rebecca is. I have been seeing her now for almost 5 years and I can honestly say she improves my quality of life! She has an enormous amount of knowledge of the body's muscles and how they are effect one another and I can honestly say there has not been 1 ache or pain in the past five years that she has not been able to fully treat!     Rebecca is by far the best massage therapist that I have ever received massage therapy from. My husband has been seeing Rebecca for a couple of years. He was involved in a car accident that left him suffering from severe neck pain. The work that Rebecca has done on my husband's neck has decreased his pain dramatically.     I have been a client of Body Work for Life for 3 years and highly recommend it for anyone who knows — or doesn't know yet what their body is trying to tell them.

    I received an excellent massage from Rebecca. Her knowledge of muscles and their insertions was impressive. More importantly, I felt great afterwards. This was the best massage I have ever received.

    Rebecca, owner or BodyWork4Life, is an outstanding neuromuscular therapist who takes a lot of time and interest getting to know her patients, their pains and concerns. I have not met another therapist who invests as much time and energy to get to the root of the issue to correct the malady at its source.
