was missing a ring that attaches the lampshade to the lamp, and it took 3-4 months to get my king bed frame.
Someone came out about 3-4 weeks later to try and repair the furniture and obviously he could not. He told me someone would be in contact, but another 3-4 weeks passed with no call or contact. I called in and was given Jenna's direct number. Jenna told me the furniture was being ordered.
When the king bed frame arrived about 2 months after the other furniture it was missing the 2 support rails that hold up the flat piece of wood that goes under the bed. Now I've been stuck with furniture in my master bedroom that I cannot use for nearly 4-6 months.
The delivery team left my king bed on its side blocking my bathroom, said someone would call me in a few minutes to discuss the missing pieces, and told me they would return to finish the job. No one called and no one came back which left me by myself to try and maneuver this massive mattress so I could simply brush my teeth. Then the next day no one called so I had to call them.
Then I found that they didn't use all of the screws on the desk they built and I could even see screws half in half out of their pilot holes. I don't want to think about the rest of the furniture where the screws are hidden from sight.
I called and asked for a manager, but no one called me back. This happened three times in 1 day when I was told someone would call me back and no one did. Then delivery came while I was out without any warning to deliver the missing pieces so I had to build the bed which I paid to have made for me because they couldn't get into my home to finish the build, and couldn't wait for me. This could easily have been figured out with the bare minimum of communication.
I called Jenna's direct number later that day and she gave me a 10% refund given all of the issues.
After such a stellar in-store experience I was appalled by how bad the service was afterward. It was problem after problem after problem with no accountability. The multiple issues with delivery happened nearly every time they came out which leads me to believe that this part of the business is not being overseen well. I would not recommend your store to anyone. The only time things were made "right" was after I had called nearly a dozen times to get someone to talk to me about it and no manager ever contacted me. The ball was dropped at least 4 times and no manager call? No call to try and make things right?

I was gonna leave this be until I noticed my custom couch they built started creaking and sounding like wood was breaking. Turns out that the delivery team did not install one of the legs under the couch and now I have a broken frame piece in the middle of my brand-new couch. If you have read this far don't buy from them unless you are doing your own installation and transporting it yourself.

Their customer service is non existent they have blocked communication channels to a real person and their AI chat is a sad excuse for “customer support.” When you do reach a person via e-mail they are not competent and ghost and do not respond.

The number of BBB complaints that they have are highly concerning. I have made 8 attempts to contact their office in the last week regarding a package that their employees falsely marked as delivered almost a week ago. Their customer support is pathetic and non-existent. The direct number that used to connect to a live person in the Austin, TX warehouse is now a dead end automated phone menu. Their chat bot is also a dead end.
The one customer support rep I did get an email response from flat out stopped responding to my email requests for information on my package that was either lost or stolen by an employee there, and the employees clearly take full advantage of the fact that Fetch "support" channels that are all dead ends. When you do get a questionably live or competent person answering their email support they still fail to answer any direct questions or address how they will resolve an issue with missing packages.
I will continue filing BBB complaints as long as they continue to ignore my attempts to get information on my packages that they lost and falsely marked as delivered.

The response they did provide was I competent and failed to address the real issue and my repeated requests for them to confirm they have the package I provided a shipping/tracking reference for.

I reached out to 1st Credentialing is March of 2022 after getting burned by Bikham Healthcare.. I was assured my account would be a priority, it clearly wasn’t . I called 1st Credentialing two months ago with significant concerns and my account manager obviously took exception with the request to have another assigned person to handle my account. Needless to say she was retained and I haven’t heard a word from her.. finally, they rarely if ever answer emails, they don’t answer the phone and they don’t return calls but they are quick to take your money ! And if 1st Credentialing is reading this? This is what your lack of service has resorted to. I hope you will do the right thing and provide what I paid for!. Update! 220 days later and nothing ! Breach of contract!

water every time there was a hard rain and they didn’t do more than replace a few base boards that would turn dark after a while from mold growing on the inside of the walls.
On another note, 2 of my children on a few different occasions saw what I believe were shadow people or something not of this world. My husband and I would also hear objects fall in the kitchen late at night when ever was in bed and when we’d go check -the kitchen floor would be clear.we would hear the noises nightly. One night when my husband was home alone he was trying to fall asleep in the living room and heard someone walking from the kitchen to the living room and stop by his head, but there wasn’t anyone there. This was years ago when I lived in unit 1091.

We *thought* we were purchasing a vehicle from a company that takes pride in high quality Toyotas- as their website states. interior) until when it came time to put our plates on. We found that we couldn’t even put them on due to rust. We took it to a local Land Cruiser specialist, and he was appalled that someone would sell this car. The undercarriage and frame is completely rusted out and disintegrating to the point that it’s not safe to drive. Someone had sneakily spray painted the undercarriage black to hide all the rust, but it’s hard to hide when metal flakes of the body fall from the car while it’s lifted. Even the running boards are attached by wires because the bolts have rusted out. We were ready to have a reliable, well made vehicle for our family of 5 and were told adamantly (and deceptively) that it was. We were willing to be reasonable and negotiate a buy-back with them. When we brought the issue to Alex, he laughed and said they wouldn’t buy the vehicle back. Said he would be fired. Alex then said “I don’t do work on the cars, we just sell them”. Which is interesting since their website says “we know our vehicles inside and out”. They never let us speak to the elusive owner. Eventually, I found the owner’s number after my own diligent digging. He was kind and seemed interested in the issue, which was encouraging, but now has completely ghosted us. And Alex “hasn’t been in the office” for over a week. In addition, they put my phone number on a block list so I could not contact them. The owner is Fabian Fernandez with Feliz Auto Group LLC and he can be reached here : (737) 218-2214. Please don’t make the same mistake we did in trusting this company. I recommend anyone thinking about using this dealership to stay far away. ***I have attached a few pictures of the extent of the rust damage*** You can make up your own mind to whether this looks like “minor surface rust”.
