    I have been trying to see the ophthalmologist for 4 months per my optometrist. They have rescheduled twice. I finally show up to my appointment to be told they don’t accept my insurance. When I initially made the appointment I informed them that my insurance changed, and they said that’s ok. No follow up until the day of.
    The receptionist said she called and left a message about the old insurance not going through. I never received such a message.
    This office is poorly run.
