The team that makes up Leela is incredible, and I cherish a studio that is open often with diverse yoga practices. There is always room to grow here and feel safe simultaneously.

The instructors are very knowledgeable, and I feel like the workouts can help me to achieve my goals. The atmosphere is comfortable and relaxing and everyone is very friendly.

I love this place! I go for Kundalini Yoga, and A Course in Miracles. They also have many other wonderful programs that are worth checking out.
