The team that makes up Leela is incredible, and I cherish a studio that is open often with diverse yoga practices. There is always room to grow here and feel safe simultaneously.

The instructors are very knowledgeable, and I feel like the workouts can help me to achieve my goals. The atmosphere is comfortable and relaxing and everyone is very friendly.

Love the water aerobics class. It’s a great support system. I only wish the pool was closer to the front of the gym. It would make it easier for those that are disabled.

I love that my muscles can get a deep workout, but there’s modifications throughout so that my joints are taken care of. It’s also nice to walk into an exercise studio where the instructors have taken the time to know your name!
