    Stopped by with a milk crate full of albums, owner looked them over and gave me a great deal on the whole lot. A quick, friendly and more than fair transaction. And if I was looking to buy this is where I would stop.

    Really neat shop with lots of retro and obscure decor. Tons of vinyl to fish through, even had some vintage vinyl storage cases! I'm also a plant lover and they have them all over the place which makes it homey and a bit mystical.

    Been coming here for several years and never disappointed even if I only walk out with 1 record. Tons of 45s, great used and new LP's, lots of rock, prog, local artists, Christmas, cool and obscure soundtracks etc. And he gets old school equipment, stereos and record players. Solid spot in town.

    I found some really good records here hidden in the rough, and the owner gave me a Boston record on the house that I saw as I left. One of the best record stores I have been to.

    This is a great record store with a wide variety of LPs in all genres from pop to rock to country to jazz to soundtracks to gospel to exotic. There's a bit of other media as well including 45s, laser disks, 8 tracks, and cassettes. The record section changes, so shop often. They range from $1 to much more if it's a special one! Most are inexpensive if you're looking for some tunes to add to your collection. The guy who owns the place is very friendly and will let you know if he gets what you're … – show

    Awesome store. I was amazed at the selection of classic/cult horror soundtracks…of course purchased some. Will definitely be back soon!

    This place is GREAT!! Their collection is MASSIVE and their prices are super affordable! My first time there and I walked out with 8 “new to me” records, ranging from Patsy Cline to The Who!! They have a great selection and I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to start or bulk up their private collections!!

    I started shopping here when my wife was enrolled at ISU and we had just started dating. Years after her graduation, we still find ourselves traveling back in the Bloomington/Normal area and always go record hunting. The owner always remembers us and is a super cool guy. A must stop if you are in the area.

    I am in Reverberation vinyl usually every week. John keeps new product coming in whether it’s gear or music. He has always steered me in the right direction. This is the only record store in town I go to. I appreciate the selection and John’s years of experience in the business!!

    Dude can’t open up on time. Been there two times and ended up waiting outside for him to open up 15 minutes past the posted open time. Selection is good. Prefer North Street Records.
