I truly hope the animal care is better than the reception experience! I called a couple weeks ago to get my dog into the clinic for heartworm and flea/tick (which I stated). I just moved across the country to Boston and have been looking for a new vet to take him too. I arrived at the clinic and the receptionist had me take a clipboard/info sheet to fill out. While I was filling out the info sheet, I asked her for an email for the clinic so I could have my dog's previous vet send over
his file (including his vaccines, hospital stays, and surgeries). She said "You should have already had those sent over." I responded "Well I didn't, so could I have an email address for the clinic?" She gave me the email address and then said "You need to call them right now and have his vaccines sent over because they already should have been." I didn't respond, called the old vet clinic, and while I was in the middle of speaking to my old vet she started talking over me loudly, saying "Vaccine chart only, we don't need all his records. Have them fax them, not the email." I pulled the phone away from my face and said "If you all are going to be his new vet, I want all his records in one place. So I'm going to have them send over all his records, not just vaccines." She argued with me again, brought over a sticky note with the fax number on it, and said "You should have his complete records with you anyway. We don't need them. We just need his vaccine card and then you can tell us about any surgeries he's had or whatever." I told her once again "No, I'm having them send all his records over. Thanks." After I hung-up the phone with my old vet, she stated "It's not responsible for you to not have your dog's records." I said "Why are you being so rude to me?" She responded "I'm not being rude. It's a matter of being organized for YOU. I'm sorry if you feel that way." I then responded "This is an insane interaction we are having and that was not an apology." She argued and said "I said sorry, that's an apology." and walked to the back of the clinic. I then picked up the papers I had filled out and walked out of the clinic. My roommate warned me not to come to this vet, as she and her partner brought their brand new (and first) puppy in 3 years ago and they had such an awful experience but we live close by and I didn't need anything too involved for my large dog. I was hoping it was an isolated incident and that they would be kind and helpful. I truly hope the vets are different than whoever the receptionist is. I have never walked out of a vet before-that was easily the worst experience I've ever had trying to get my pet care. Do not recommend!

The establishment appears to be a front and a fraud
I purchased glasses for my husband’s birthday. It took over a month for his glasses to be ordered. Once his glasses were ordered the owner of edge “Rich” told us it’ll take 2 to 3 weeks for them to be delivered. Once three weeks went by we began calling; every week Rich would tell us the eyeglasses were shipped out and the glasses would be delivered the next week
. we called the following week and Rich would tell us that they would be delivered the next week again. This turned into another week, then a month went by we tried to calling and he blocked my husbands phone number. Therefore we went to the store, when he saw it was me and my husband he refused to open the door. He sent a security guard out to tell us that there was a problem with his distributor and that he would send us a check in the mail. Mind you we paid cash and credit card. There is no reason why he could not put a reimbursement on my credit card while we were there. We told the security guard that he does not have our mailing address. Could Rich please come to the door and speak with us we are paying customers. Rich refused to come to the door, instead he called the police on us. When the police arrived, we explained the situation to them. The police said to us “This place is really shady. I understand your situation and I am sorry this happened to you but there’s nothing we can do you have to file a civil complaint against the store.” We spent almost $3000 and we still don’t have our money refunded nor our eyeglasses. I say to anyone who thinks about going to the Edge eyewear store, to run as far away as you can. This store is a rip off, and I believe the store is also a front for something illegal. Rich portrays his self as someone who has wealthy, friends, wealthy customers he is all a fraud.

WHY I PLAN TO CANCEL MY MEMBERSHIP HERE [Planning to Send This To As Many People As Possible for Them To See This Store's Predatory Behavior]:
I would give a ZERO star, but sadly the lowest rating is one star. I will make sure this message is spread to as many mortal eyes to see the way some of the local managers at Jamaica Plain's Planet Fitness conducts businesses.
I have medical issues with my foot, which prevents me from wearing closed ended shoes. In order to stay compliant with the Planet
Fitness's rules, I made a schedule with my dermatologist, and printed out a copy with the doctor's Name, Phone Number, and Email Address. I handed it to a certain Romeo Mejia, who claims he is a store manager (but the first time he told me he is the local manager, according to his teammate, he was NOT a local manager YET, and he was lying to claim he was a local manager).
Romeo insisted this medical letter only stands for 30 days (which has NOT been a rule because I brought a letter to the Somerville store, and the Somerville store understood my difficult medical condition, and allowed for a 3-month validity of the letter, so there is NOT a rule of this sort). Romeo, along with his pal Kendrick, further told me it's the "creator's rule". Upon my request of who is the "creator", he told me it's a certain Carlos Torres, who is the area manager of Planet Fitness. They asked me to call back tomorrow morning, and speak directly to Carlos for a "special permission". During the process, Romeo Mejia lied multiple times. For instance, although I handed him the previous medical letter on Mar 30th, which is 40 days from today, he insisted that the letter was submitted "MORE THAN 2 MONTHS AGO". I have this on recording (although without his permission, but he lies SO MUCH I just have to put him on the record), which I plan to submit as further evidence to a higher level of Planet Fitness for complaint.
The next morning, I called. Romeo picked up the phone, and upon my request to talk to Carlos, he told me "Carlos is in a meeting and won't be available for 30 minutes". I left my phone number and name at Planet Fitness yesterday so I asked Carlos to call me back, a request that Romeo Mejia accepted. Half an hour later, I did not receive a call from Carlos, so I directly dialed their phone number. Romeo picked up the phone and he IMMEDIATELY hanged up the phone. I called again, and his coworker picked up, telling me that "Carlos is STILL in a meeting and he is OUT OF the building and requested me to call back TOMORROW". I SURMISE CARLOS TORRES HAS NEVER EVEN HEARD OF THE SO CALLED "30 DAYS" RULE AND THEY ARE SIMPLY DEFLECTING TO TRY TO PREVENT ME FROM EXERCISING IN THE GYM!!!!!!!!!! (I have attached all phone records in the photo section) THIS TYPE OF COLLUSIVE ACTIVITY WITH THE SOLE AIM OF PREVENTING ME TO EXERCISE IN THE COMPLEX MAKES ME FEEL VERY, VERY DISCRIMINATED AGAINST, AND MAKES ME VERY, VERY UNCOMFORTABLE.
What is EVEN more facetious is the following: As we all know, in the US, it is VERY difficult to make an appointment with a specialist doctor, such as a dermatologist. It took me 2 weeks of pre-planning to get the previous letter. And now Romeo Mejia is asking me to get the doctor's medical note AND IT HAS TO BE A PHYSICAL COPY WITH THE DOCTOR'S NAME SIGNED. EVERY APPOINTMENT WITH THE DOCTOR REQUIRES A CO-PAY OF $35 DOLLARS, AND ROMEO MEJIA REQUIRES SUCH A RECORD EVERY 30 DAYS!!!!! HE DOES NOT KNOW THAT TO SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT WITH THE DOCTOR, IT TYPICALLY TAKES MORE THAN 45 DAYS!!!!
I have recorded my last conversation with Romeo (against his will) where he lied multiple times, first lying about the 30 day requirement as being stipulated by Carlos Torres (who his pal Kendrick calls the creator), and then lying about my medical record submitted more than 2 months ago. He also lied about his title previously (he was not a local manager yet, but he claims that he is a local manager).

Not a single item has been taken off my credit report since I began working with you Key Credit Repair. My credit score stayed the same throughout my spell with them and that really got on my nerves after paying a lot. They paint a really good picture but nothing happens in the end. It was my first time using a cleaning service, and they showed me how quality work is done. They were friendly and did a wonderful job. On my upcoming cleaning appointments, I'll definitely hire them again.
