  • Probably the best hotel I've stayed at. FREE underground parking, quiet and clean rooms, good service, easy breakfast in the morning. We've stayed here multiple times now and will continue to stay here when we are in LA.
  • Somewhat low-frills, larger rooms, nicely done bathrooms, great location close to food and studios. Good business hotel. Oh, and free parking
  • Very clean, large room, garaged parking.nice rooms kind of look empty though.didnt have extra blankets or pillows.the place where they kept the pool towels was out of towels for 4 days.during cover i know I should always have a mask when entering into a public space.i was walking to my room. Without a mask and the guy behind the counter told me I need a mask with sort of a snotty attitude, then he asked who am I visiting with a definite attitude.i thought hotels were in the business of hospitalit – show
  • Too overpriced. $265 per night when I was there. The jacuzzi wasn't working. Cleaning crew wouldn't look after the room everyday, so I'm not sure if it's cos of covid or that's the hotels norm. Overall, it's decent enough to spend a couple of days.

  • We have stayed here several times over the past several years. It is our go-to hotel when visiting family in the area. Its a quiet, clean and comfortable hotel. There are several places to eat and shop on the same street and more nearby. Conveniently close to Universal and Warner Brothers Studios.
  • Super clean, super modern, super quiet! Great small restaurants right across the street. Free parking and I believe there was also a grab and go breakfast option. Refrigerator and microwave in the room. I have no complaints about this hotel! I would definitely recommend and stay again!
  • The service people in the front were Rude. The breakfast was not good. We found a couple of Big bugs in the rest room s as no pool is really small and was dirty!!!
  • I was disappointed with the hotel staff and pool. The first guy who checked us in was very pleasant and welcoming. However, the other front desk clerks were not as welcoming. I called the front desk several times and no one answered to check in on the pool time and location. I assumed they were busy and I walked down with my family who were ready and excited to go to the pool. When I got to the lobby it was in complete silence and the attendant was in the back not dealing with any guests. I a – show
  • Our first stay at a hotel in over a year because of the Covid issue and we found our room immaculate on arrival and housekeeping did a remarkable job in keeping it so during our stay of four nights. Neighborhood is great with all amenities close by and central to most other neighborhoods as well. Staff was welcoming and helpful. We will stay again.
  • Had a good stay hotel was nice but the towels were all dirty sadly!
  • Nice clean room. Nice neighborhood. Easy parking. Friendly staff. They lose a star for the brown bag breakfast. I'm comparing it to the full self serve hot breakfast the previous night at a HI Express in Sacramento(HI even had my favorite biscuits and gravy!)
  • We booked this hotel because we had an appointment at Saint Joseph Hospital for surgery really early in the morning. We requested a room on the top floor so we wouldn’t be disturbed as we had to go to sleep early and get up early. When we got there they put us on the first floor and said there was nothing left up there. They told us when we booked the room that it was one of the last rooms available so it’ll be an extra $50. That had to have been a lie because there were hardly any cars at all – show
  • It was good for a three days..but for my $200 deposit to get it back to my bank account i still haven’t recieved it yet and taking a long time!!
  • A very good music selection and delicious foods as well. The best of the best hotel to stay with family. I would definitely recommend and refer your services to everyone without any hesitation.
  • Very nice hotel. Was extremely clean and everything seemed new. Walking distance to many restaurants and close to freeways as well. Will stay here again when in the Toluca Lake/Burbank area.
  • We had a one night stay at this hotel. We have stayed here on previous occasions. Its is a nice quiet, clean place to stay. The beds are very comfortable. Understandably due to the pandemic there currently is no hot breakfast being served. They offer Grab N Go bags for breakfast which contained a bottle of water, an apple, a granola bar and a madeleine cookie. Parking is free which is also a plus. We look forward to staying here again.
  • To say it was horrible would be saying to leastI was greeted in the most horrific Way possible by the Hotel attendant at the lobby
  • es muy comodo
