kelly r.August 30, 2021, 6:54 pmVery clean,large room,garaged parking.nice rooms kind of look empty though.didnt have extra blankets or pillows.the place where they kept the pool towels was out of towels for 4 days.during cover i know I should always have a mask when entering into a public space.i was walking to my room. Without a mask and the guy behind the counter told me I need a mask with sort of a snotty attitude,then he asked who am I visiting with a definite attitude.i thought hotels were in the business of hospitalit y.he should have greeted me before telling me I need anything.and maybe offered me a mask because I obviously lost or forgot mine.no manners or basic customer service skills.not a very hospitable place. … – show

Reyna L.July 10, 2021, 9:49 amToo overpriced. $265 per night when I was there. The jacuzzi wasn't working. Cleaning crew wouldn't look after the room everyday, so I'm not sure if it's cos of covid or that's the hotels norm. Overall, it's decent enough to spend a couple of days.

There are several places to eat and shop on the same street and more nearby. Conveniently close to Universal and Warner Brothers Studios.

Refrigerator and microwave in the room. I have no complaints about this hotel! I would definitely recommend and stay again!

Hotels.com r.May 24, 2021, 3:00 amI was disappointed with the hotel staff and pool. The first guy who checked us in was very pleasant and welcoming. However, the other front desk clerks were not as welcoming. I called the front desk several times and no one answered to check in on the pool time and location. I assumed they were busy and I walked down with my family who were ready and excited to go to the pool. When I got to the lobby it was in complete silence and the attendant was in the back not dealing with any guests. I a sked for the pool location and hours of service. When I got there the pool was a complete disappointment. The water was dirty and cloudy. If the pool wasn't clean they should've closed the pool and let their guests know before they book as this was one of the reasons we chose this hotel. A third office clerk was rude during breakfast time when I asked for my coffee he looked at me and raised his hands stating he only had 2 hands. I was only asking to see if this was something that I could grab at a location. The location is great and the rooms were a good size with clean and cozy beds. However, for the price I am sure there are better places to stay and the continental breakfast, was definitely not worth it. … – show

allad a.May 21, 2021, 7:06 pmOur first stay at a hotel in over a year because of the Covid issue and we found our room immaculate on arrival and housekeeping did a remarkable job in keeping it so during our stay of four nights. Neighborhood is great with all amenities close by and central to most other neighborhoods as well. Staff was welcoming and helpful. We will stay again.

Jim D.May 1, 2021, 6:29 pmNice clean room. Nice neighborhood. Easy parking. Friendly staff. They lose a star for the brown bag breakfast. I'm comparing it to the full self serve hot breakfast the previous night at a HI Express in Sacramento(HI even had my favorite biscuits and gravy!)

Silas B.April 19, 2021, 3:21 amWe booked this hotel because we had an appointment at Saint Joseph Hospital for surgery really early in the morning. We requested a room on the top floor so we wouldn’t be disturbed as we had to go to sleep early and get up early. When we got there they put us on the first floor and said there was nothing left up there. They told us when we booked the room that it was one of the last rooms available so it’ll be an extra $50. That had to have been a lie because there were hardly any cars at all in the parking garage. We were awakened at one in the morning by a pounding upstairs that went on until about two. They advertise breakfast at 6:30AM. There was nothing of the sort in the lobby at 6:30AM. There was no food at all. I thought it was a very shabby experience … – show

Hotels.com r.October 5, 2020, 3:00 amWe had a one night stay at this hotel. We have stayed here on previous occasions. Its is a nice quiet, clean place to stay. The beds are very comfortable. Understandably due to the pandemic there currently is no hot breakfast being served. They offer Grab N Go bags for breakfast which contained a bottle of water, an apple, a granola bar and a madeleine cookie. Parking is free which is also a plus. We look forward to staying here again.
