    Nice hotel…be careful anyone who parks down stairs. They will brake in your car. I arrived around 10p.m came out about 9a.m to find out that all my things were gone. I spoke to management. Which im very sure they are use to it because the reviews stated same thing accured. And management called police to make report. Lets see what Marriott does to fix this. You spend to much money on these rooms to feel safe and secure. To be getting ripped off. Simple fix hire security. Billion dollar comp – show

    Nice hotel very maintain located in a good location with many near by places and walking distance restaurants.

    I didn't like that the hotel charge for parking, I wasn't aware of it before booking the hotel.I asked for a king bed when booking my stay and they gave me a double bed, with poor visibility of TV.

    Very nice hotel and amazing customer service from Adrian at the front desk. He made sure all accommodations were met and all done with a positive and friendly attitude. We will stay here again on our future trips.

    must've been bad timing when we stayed there. — some guest were smoking not only cigarettes, but weed. — some guests were not respecting the CoVid guidelines; not masking up, not respecting the elevator occupancy of max 4. — room not that clean at all. there were stains on the sofa and carpet. — there was vomit in the parking lot, vomit on the loading area.- room was not at all clean as in the pictures.- they did not give us the room we paid for / with deck!!!initially we mentioned the room i – show

    We've stayed at this location before, but it wasn't the same experience. Needed detailed cleaning in the room. Had to schedule time to use the pool, but spa was off limits. Breakfast was a paper bag with an uncrustable, apple juice, dole peaches in juice and a bottle of water. I realize it's covid, but that's not breakfast! Sugar, sugar and sugar. Beautiful views.

    The hotel has taken all necessary precautions to ensure the safety of its guests. They even washed the room every day. It was an enthralling place.

    Overall the stay was great. I would come back again. There were just a couple minor things. We could not watch TV the first night. (The TV was not connected to the network). The night shift staff was unable to remedy the situation. The breakfast was like an elementary school kid's lunch. LOL (great for a snack). However, you may want to consider an alternative if the guest has a peanut allergy.

    Ivan was absolutely amazing at the front desk and reception. He looked after every need I had and I would so recommend this hotel over the Springhill Suites in Pasadena. This Springhill Suites in Burbank is amazing. Ivan even gave me snacks for the road.

    Espero más de 1 hora y media para servicio de sábanas para el sofá cama ya que no tenía absolutamente nada. Costoso y.. mal olor. Peor hotel del área.. era la 1 am.. y no tuve donde dormir..
