I am very impressed with the sales and service skills Joanna C. Demonstrated while I visited their Gardena Location. I walked in to make a deposit, wasn't expecting anything and Joanna asked if she can assist me with anything else, or a question I might have. This opened a nice conversation and I ended saving thousands of dollars. I am impressed!

I've generally had a pretty good experience with this particular branch but late last year through earlier this year; they were messing up my account left and right. Mistakes; bad info; none communication and all. There was this one young lady; can't think of her name, but she sat over in loans and she was very helpful. At any rate; my accounts were in what I consider chaos because of the COVID-19 pandemic it was tough doing these over the phone and going into the branch was a struggle for me. I … – show

had decided that I would no longer bank here because I was just that disappointed! However; I had enough and sent an email stating my frustrations and One of the nicest most professional to the point young lady; Lynnette Bouchard assisted me and rectified all of my problems expeditiously. She even got me some new corrected checks I had ordered over the phone, as my name was spelled wrong, but I didn't catch it until weeks later when I decided to write one out! Lynnette ordered me new checks. She briefed me on some concerns I had on my account and assisted me in a manner that gave me comfort in knowing that somebody there care enough to make sure the customer is satisfied. I know mistakes can be made and seem like a lot of new people are coming in and some things take times so I tried to be patient! I just want to thank Lynnette because she saved the day for me! Often we complain about whats wrong but we forget to praise people for doing whats right or fixing a problem. I know its their job but some show more concerns than others. So thanks again Lynnette and LAFCU.... Now can I get a car loan soon? Tomorrow!
