    Had high hopes for this salon because of the reviews. I called Wednesday morning and was told the next open appointment would on Friday at 10AM. I adjusted my work schedule for the day to come for this appointment that was made. I also live about 45 mins away from the salon. I showed up and hair stylist was not there nor did I know her name. Another nail tech was there trying to the best she could to contact who made the appointment but she didn't have any luck either.

    I am beyond Thankful to Pam she did a amazing job today, this morning i walked in to KRU salon i was so upset because I damaged my hair, the salon owner came up to me and she said don't worry we will fix it, everything will be fine, One of my girls will help you out. Then I mate Pam. She is amazing thank you.
    Thank you ladies so very much!
    I will definitely go back to them
