There's day time service, but for the most part you do it all online thru email after 5pm I think. No its not Hawthorn Suites, it's called Metro chandler location, I book my stay thru Hotels.com

Felt very uncomfortable the whole stay.. felt dirty after being in the room.. the bathroom was disgusting.. photos online made it look better then it was.. will not recommend this place or will I come back!!
