I don't know how they did it, but they left an ad in our mailbox with no postage and no address to us. Is that even legal? How did it get delivered??? No address, no stamp, just a creepy handwritten “hello neighbor.” Inside was a big kitschy magazine that I think was supposed to be a brochure? A simple flyer would've been just fine. It would've gone in the trash sooner, sure, but it'd be better than this ransom-note-looking parcel we got.

This weekend we closed on our forever home and we can’t thank the Darwin Wall team enough for their help in this process. Darwin was fun to work with, patient with us, and responsive every step of the way. With this competitive market you need a team behind you that will be available the moment you see what you want and will write up a winning offer on the spot. Darwin impressed us with his knowledge, expertise, and ability to connect with other listing agents to ensure we ultimately got our dre am home. Somehow, not only did he find us our dream home but a home that had our dream pool with a swim up bar!

In this market our expectations were really hard to meet, and for some, might have been unrealistic. Darwin’s team made this house a possibility for us. Even if he was not available, other agents on his team such as Vanessa and Jake were there for us too. This was very convenient as our personal time was limited because we work full time and are parents to a toddler. We now understand the saying “Real Estate Never Sleeps”. In this market, once you see the house you want, you have to be ready to go to battle and the Darwin Wall team was there for us every step of the way making the process so smooth and easy my husband and I honestly thought there was more we should have been doing. Even after closing, he has been gone above and beyond with getting us matched up with the right referrals for contractors, cabinet companies, and pool fence companies. He has not only became our go to realtor but a good friend as well.

To put a cherry on top, Darwin also helped us sell our previous home in less then a week and got us a $25k over asking price all cash offer.

Where do I even begin! I initially entrusted Darwin Wall with the sale of a rental property I had for many years and was completely blown away with the ease, speed and communication that he orchestrated during that sale. I knew immediately that I had made the best choice in choosing him for all of my real estate needs.

I had been thinking about purchasing a new home for a few months, but like many others was “waiting to see what would happen” but with the market inventory dropping and prices increasing, I knew that Darwin was the realtor for me if I was going to have a fighting chance to find my new home!

Darwin and his team was incredibly responsive with my needs and adjusted my search often as I narrowed down my “must have” list. He worked with me around the clock to make smart, aggressive and attractive buyer offers so that I was considered for homes that I was interested in. He carried me through the inspection period with ease and helped me navigate the sellers market with confidence.

Upon closing, Darwin once again was my hero in setting me up with his trusted trades to complete some of the upgrades and repairs that I wanted to do prior to moving in. His relationships with contractors and companies is incomparable and I am forever grateful for his help, especially with supply and trade shortages right now.

I worked with Darwin for over 18 months as he assisted me during a job relocation. Throughout the entire time, he answered all my questions, never left me having the feeling I was abandoned and connected me with a good mortgage lender who assisted me in the purchase of my home. Darwin and his team truly have their client's best interest at heart. I will use Darwin again on my next purchase!

Thanks to Darwin Wall I finally got my dream home!!!
For months, he personally emailed me listings in the Ocotillo neighborhood that I wanted to live in… and then it happened, the home that was perfect! From the offer to closing, he handled every issue! Some issues that would have put the kabash on most deals, such as offer price higher than appraisal, Darwin got the seller to lower the price, also seller pay for 2 year home warranty and repair and paint garage floor! I think this company needs a lesson in what boundaries are. I think it’s over the line when you come into neighborhoods and onto people’s property to leave your junk flyers on cars and private property.
