It was my pleasure working with Kiran and Chetana on a property that I had recently purchased.

Kiran has a great personality with a massive chunk of experience and knowledge in the real estate industry, particularly in negotiating skills. He helped answer every query concerning the numbers and line items in the contract documents. Kiran is our Arizona Super hero. We live in California who had bought, sold and managed properties in Gilbert and Mesa Area in the valley.
We being non-Arizona residents, not even once we had to personally visit any of our properties and everything was taken care by Kiran.
Best thing about working with Kiran is, he is very thorough in his job and really genuinely cares about his clients. Disclosure – I was a Realtor in AZ before I moved to TX.
Worked with Kiran to sell multiple houses in Chandler/Ahwatukee. I had high expectations and Kiran exceeded them. He took complete control of the offer, negotiation, inspection and closing. There were a couple of times that I got impatient and wanted to drop the price of the house, but Kiran advised against it, and got me a higher price than I would have agreed to. Kiran and his team are ABSOLUTELY THE BEST! They were extremely professional. I knew from the first day we spoke on the phone prior to ever meeting him that I wanted to have him as my agent. During the process of selling my home Kiran was always immediately available to answer any questions I had. I love how Kiran and his team are very data driven and always updated us on market trends, which ultimately allowed us to determine when the right time was to pull the trigger and actively sell. He ha d communicated all the offers and their pros cons with me in great detail. With Kiran's help we've sold the house with a higher than expected price.

I have known Kiran Vedantam for many years as a top notch real estate professional in the valley and that is why chose him as a buyer for a home we decided to purchase. Heavy on Marketing and poor on delivery. If an owner doesn't have the min professionalism to let the client know(worse keep them waiting,unheard of in this industry) if they don't want to take a deal after few initial calls and asking to send over all the info sounds very shady. Stay away from these people as they rub their unprofessional practices which might serve few innocents. Lots of honest,reliable and efficient people out there.Doing a little extra work initially will save a lot of time ,money and energy. … – show

Saw one of Kirans' signs in a neighborhood we liked. Looked up the property and saw it was for rent. Called to inquire if the seller would consider selling. Called twice and left messages, sent a text, but recieved no response.
If a realator doesn't have time to call someone interested in buying a house, they are not a good realator.
