    Long helped me sell my house in Phoenix AZ. I have contacted several agents but none of them are as responsive or can accommodate my busy working time very well, they're only willing to meet up on weekdays when it's not too late at night- whereas Long is always there for his clients! Additionally he introduced me Opendoor and has guided negotiating process which ultimately resulted into 40k more than market price at that point in time! YAY!     I started house hunting early in 2019 with Long and I couldn't find anything that fit our needs. Fast forward a whole year, and he is still patient as ever looking for houses in Maricopa County!     We bought a house he sold, and as part of the the purchase agreement, his client was supposed to clean up the property. Not only did he NOT clean the property, he actually damaged the property. He cut down a tree leaving debris in both the side and front yard for us to clean up. He put rocks and a screw down the garbage disposal. He did not disclose previous damage to the house, including a damaged garage door. If you are buying a house and find out Long Le is the selling agent, be careful.

    Long is a dedicated agent, he's not hesitant when helping me find the right home for my needs. My search area covers Chandler to all of Queen Creek and Long doesn't mind making an extra trip if I'm interested in something. His negotiation skills are impressive; we were able to get from the listing agents information which helped us win our offer!

    I met Long through my brother and was so glad I did. I can't speak highly enough of my experience with him. Purchasing a home can be a daunting task but Long helped with everything throughout the process and the entire transaction went very smooth. From start to finish he was extremely responsive, helpful, knowledgeable and was always quick to handle any issues that may have risen.     My wife and I are so happy we chose Long Le as our agent! We were so glad that Long is professional, prestige with his work ethics, and very helpful in all aspects.     Professional and outstanding service.

    Since putting our house sale in the hands of Long Le, Realtor Equity First Realty, we felt happy, confident and stress free. He always kept us informed and been professional and courteous in all his communications.     We are very lucky to have Mr. Long Le as our realtor. We bought a house in AZ for future moving from CA with his help. There were some realtors who thought that we were not good potential customer because we live far away and they didn’t want to waste of their time.
    I love my house. My seller is also very nice.
    I need to write something to let people know about him because there are more and more people are moving from other states to AZ. You should call Long and you will satisfy.

    Long is a true professional and anyone working with him is in good hands. He is thorough, quick to respond, and very transparent in everything he does. I found Long through a Facebook advertisement and was drawn in by his flat fee pricing model; I’m not sure how long this model will last, but I encourage people to take advantage of it. Don’t mistake his low fee for lower quality work though; working with Long was one of the best real estate experiences I’ve had.

    Long doesn’t push customer to buy fast, but was very patient to look for the house that I am absolutely happy with. He was also very good at negotiation with the seller to get the best deals for me. Seller reduced $4,000 from asking and also giving $2,000 credit which I can use toward my closing cost. Even after close, he helped me with moving in and many other things to make sure everything is ok.     To be honest, I am a very picky customer and hardly give anyone a 5-star review when it comes to customer service. However, Long went above and beyond to help me find a rental condo that meets and exceeds my expectation. He was extremely professional during the whole process and only a phone call away whenever I had questions for him.
