This husband and wife team are awesome. They move things in the right direction and fast. They helped me sell my house in Illinois to my renters and helped me purchase my home here in Arizona. Can not praise them enough for what they have done for us. You want a team that goes above and beyond Ed and Barbara is who you want to work with.

Words really can't explain how great the heiser team has been through my process of looking for a home. I'm a first time buyer and Ed and Barbara really go the extra mile to help you understand the process and they do everything to assure your put in the best position possible. Definitely recommend!!!

Barbara was very wonderful to work with. When I had called her and told her about my refinancing problems with somebody else she took it on and had all the refinancing done in a month and 1/2 where as I was waiting 5 months with another company to get things done. Barbara always kept me up to date on everything thru out the process. I would recommend her to anyone. Thank you

Even the Barbara helped me with my refinancing years ago, I was still nervous and apprehensive about the process of doing it again. Once I realized it was the right decision for me, Barbara took all the complications and made them easy and doable. She explained and helped me every step of the way. I wouldn't do it with anyone else. I would highly recommend Barbara Heiser for all of your mortgage and refinancing needs

Barbara and Ed where awesome to work with. There where very helpful thorough out the entire process there available when you had a question and always followed and kept you engaged in the home buying process. Their book also helped us understand the him buying process. Thank you guys so much

Barbara with the Heiser team was exceptional to work with! She was prompt in answering all of our questions. She kept us well notified and up to date throughout the whole process. Barbara and Ed at The Heiser team have helped me find every home I have purchased. They helped me raise my credit to buy my first home and helped me find and buy my next 2 homes. They are very fast and informative. Great personalities also.
