    For beginners, The Offer Company's website is incredible and has all the information needed to find the perfect property! More importantly Anette is wonderful to work along side with! She has been absolutely outstanding in two transactions. Not a beat is missed with her. Anette is the definition of a Christmas miracle!

    Anette was a beacon in a storm for me during a difficult and stressful time. She was responsive, knowledgeable and ethical. The process was smooth from start to finish even with my odd work schedule. House sold before the open house and for more than asking price. If you want an agent that’ll look out for your interests, Anette’s the person for the job!

    Would highly recommend The Offer Company! Anette Brown was awesome, very professional and extremely knowledgeable, with an attention for detail in helping us to navigate every step with the sale of our home, which also sold well over asking!     Anette at The Offer Company helped my Family get a home loan remodification, needed because of medical bills over the past 2 years. She walked us through every step, was extremely helpful and understanding, and took so much of our stress away.     We had an unbelievable experience using The Offer Company last year. We were due to have our second child and needed to both sell our home and find a new (and bigger!) place to live while my wife was 8 months pregnant.
