We have been in search for a very specific therapist that can work with my dear friend that is dealing with somatic behaviors, life change, and trauma — she is 75. Prior, either therapists just flat refused her, or just “listened” and enabled, and when we were referred to Jenny and Blue J Way Creative Healing — well, she is a true God send. Jenny has been working with my friend for five months now and my friend has been able to progress to a milestone that she has been working on for years in that timeframe. Amy is such an intuitive massage therapist. I hardly needed to say a word and she was able to help my body relax and found all my knots and after an hour I felt completely renewed and can’t wait to see her again!

Working with Jenny has been a great blessing in my life. She has helped me navigate my emotional, mental and physical wellness for many years. Recently I lost a child and Jenny's compassion, intuition and deep knowledge in her field of study assisted me dealing with depression and profound grief during this time of bereavement. Jenny was wonderful for our son. The tools he learned during his visits have enabled him to be more open with his emotions. Definitely a unique way to get kids to open up and discuss. I recommend Jenny's services to my patients every chance I get.

Jenny has gifts of intuition, compassion, and empathy. She is honest while being kind, patient, and non-judgmental. It can take a lot of courage to start (and continue!) therapy, but she made me feel accepted and understood. Jenny has helped me in so many different ways. It’s pretty amazing how unconscious feelings and thoughts can be released through creative expression. It is a process that is deeply personal and specific to each individual. I’m not here to make art for an art show; It’s about utilizing creativity and tactility to work the process of healing and personal development. Jenny is also a proponent of the mind-body connection. I’ve learned how vital bringing forth this awareness is in being able to make changes to negative behaviors and thought patterns and developing healthy & constructive habits. Jenny at Blue J Way Creative Healing has helped me navigate through the deep, painful, scary, old negative patterns I have been trapped in, since childhood. We ALL have patterns that No Longer serve us and in these current, super fast paced times of the overdue Collective Growing pains, the courageous and necessary act of self love is absolutely paramount in order for us ALL to enlighten. Jenny is very gentle and nonjudgmental in her ability to help others, help themselves. Thank you ️

TRULY read this!!!
Jenny has been life-changing beyond all explanation. Truly I would not be here today if it was not for what she has done for me and my life!! I cannot begin to explain her true intuition and gift of connecting to her clients. Her knowledge of creative healing is awe-inspiring and I have yet to meet anyone with her depth of insights into caring for the whole body-mind and spirit. In my darkest days she was the one light of hope that kept me going. She taught me the tools and ga ve me the self-fulling mastery guidance I needed to make it through. I have never learned as much about myself than I have talking with her. With her it is a 'safe place' to go and find peace in an otherwise chaotic world. To find out and be reminded we are to just 'be' human rather than 'do' a list of things to get through our day. I found my art of living there and it has opened my mind to a whole new world! Jenny has helped me to move forward and grow through life changes including the loss of my own parents and being a mom of three while my husband traveled non stop for his career. She has worked on inner child trauma with me and helped me to hear my own voice better and become more aware of my own energy and the influence I have on my environment.

Jenn is absolutely amazing. Not only is she a beautiful soul but her gift of healing is everything I’ve ever looked for in my journey through life. If I could spend every day in her office I would. I highly recommend her to anyone needing to process through the things life throws our way with someone that not only understands but can give you the tools and healing needed to continue loving life in a way that isn’t the typical sitting on the couch by the book therapy that never leads to actual he aling and help. The theme of my experience with Jenny can be summed by, “from the dark, into the light.” When I first arrived in Jenny’s office, I was a prisoner to unresolved trauma, grief, anxiety and depression. I was in such a dark place that I couldn’t see a way out. In the beginning, Jenny gave me the tools I needed to just make it through the days between sessions. I gained self awareness to my overall health, which enabled me to make the necessary changes to my physical self that improved my brain healt h and cognition. I gained a new sense of mental clarity from our foundational sessions. With the clearer frame of mind and new tools in my tool box, I was able to process trauma that was deep rooted and almost unconscious. I was given even more tools to constructively cope with experiences and attached emotions of the past, present and future. Today, I live in the light. I never could have dreamed of being this free from depression and anxiety, and I thought I was just seeing her for my grief! It was only through my work with Jenny that I have and live a life I truly love. … – show

Life Changing: Jenny has literally been a huge catalyst for courage to make change and take a chance on healing. I loved her guidance, motivation and knowledge. She continually offers her wisdom without judgement. She is a great guide in healing. Face to face talk therapy was enough to get by for years, but this hands on, varied approach and sometimes very quiet therapy was incredible. I felt genuine care for my progress. This creative process is far more than painting or drawing, it's work disg uised in play. Don't let the word “creative” healing stop you. You don't have to know how to paint or draw to participate in this incredible process. The success found working with Jenny led me to taking huge steps in my life, with increasing confidence. My daughter needed help coping with anxiety and depression. She started seeing Jenny to work toward the goal of being able to thrive and move forward. While we are still in the process and working towards her goals, we can see changes and progress. Working with Jenny helps my daughter in many ways and on a daily basis. Jenny is helping my daughter through an artistic process that is helpful and effective.
