    Dr.Bley and Kelly her assistant and the Exceptional Staff in Chandler cared for my pup little Rocky with tender, loving, professional care. He is on his way to feeling better. Thank you for all you do!

    was looking for a new vet for my 2 dogs, 1st time I went in they were pre occupied but asked for a number and they had no business cards nor information about themselves so I wrote the phone number down. I made an appointment for my 2 dogs and spent nearly 5 minutes giving them my information, so today I went in for my appointment, no hello, no how are you, no idea who I was and then asked me to fill out all the paperwork that I already told them about on the phone, WHY????? so I guess I wi … – show

On the day of the appointment we also need to capture some of the same information on paper to confirm we have captured the most current and correct information in our system as well as obtain written signatures for financial responsibility.     They were friendly and professional from the first phone call. After bringing in my dog....I am totally hooked. The Vet was courteous and knowledgeable and the first time visit gift is amazing. Exceptional Pets is just that, EXCEPTIONAL!

    This was my first time going to this clinic and I will definitely be bringing my pup here for all issues moving forward. They got me in on the same day, and the check in process was smooth and efficient. They did a great job with the evaluation, and the prices for all the meds/visit were very reasonable.

    This is a great location. They were able to see us the same day. They were friendly and helpful, and had a great bedside manner. Their prices are reasonable for vets in the area. The were quick and efficient, which was much appreciated. They have a great selection of toys, treats,and food. If you are looking for a vet, you should give them a try.

    My labradoodle Timber has a wonderful temperament until it’s time to get groomed. He’ll growl and even try to bite. Julie is wonderful with Timber. It takes a special person to create a trusting relationship with a dog who hates being groomed and at the same time do such a beautiful job.

    Our dogs stayed at the Exceptional Pets Chandler location while we were on vacation in December. The staff was very caring and took great care of our dogs while we were away. We would highly recommned Excpetional Pets for Boarding and would definitely use them again when we go on another trip.

    Left my dog here for less than a week over the holidays with a bed, toys, food, and treats. When we came to pick him up his new dog bed was completely soiled with pee and my pups legs were wet with urine and matted as well. Not sure how often they bothered to take them out to use the restroom. They defiantly didn’t bother to clean or dry the dogs off. Definitely would not recommend leaving your fur babies in the care of Exceptional Pets. The only reason they get 2 stars from me is because he is … – show

    They took such great care of my cats and worked with me every step of the way this is by far the best place I have ever taking my cats the ladies of Exceptional pets chandler are my hero's and I highly highly recommend them whatever the price it's worth it it was pricey but you can't put a price on pet care THEY went above and beyond to make my cats feel safe and comfortable

    I was mostly so impressed at how my dog, Misty, looked after the grooming. She also seemed relaxed, which leads me to believe it was not a stressful experience for her.
    I was disappointed that Misty's previous groomer was no longer there, but her new groomer did a great job and definitely connected with Misty in a positive way!

    Staff was helpful and friendly. Treated my dog well. Will bring my dog back for daycare/boarding when I'm back in town and would recommend them to anyone looking for affordable and professional boarding.

    The last time we used Exceptional Pet for boarding our dog the business didn’t have anyone working the front desk so we had to give them a phone call while waiting outside. When they brought us out pet the associate was from another location because Chandler had no staffing. Everything was so disorganized and we didn’t even get back our pet’s slow feeder, blanket or toys that he arrived with.
