They said this medicine was OTC and to get it at walmart. Went to walmart to find out it was not an anti nausea med, but antacid. Called the office who was STILL trying to convince me they had given me the same med as was in the shot. I continued to question this. Finally a tech concurred that it was not the same medicine and that I had to bring the cat back in for a recheck. Meanwhile there's a sign on their door about the respiratory virus going around and to not bring your pet in if they are coughing. So this office is requiring a repeat visit within the same week during a serious respiratory outbreak that is killing some cats and dogs in order to get a prescription that is helping my cat that I was promised 5 days ago. I'm guessing they need to push more tests/treatments. This sure looks like money is the higher priority than taking care of pets. Furthermore, the website says they are holistic in their approach, yet when I asked about giving him pumpkin, there was no comment as if they weren't familiar with giving pumpkin to sick animals. Nothing holistic was recommended or even discussed.

When my bank statement showed that I was charged for the policy, I reached out to Julio Mansilla and Transamerica to revoke my consent. Mansilla has not answered any of my phone calls or voice mail, and representatives from Transamerica have told me that they do not show in their records any life insurance policy under my name or my SSN.

Unfortunately, we received a very disappointing experience with Richlynn Construction and its owner, Richard Thompson, during the recent basement project that we had hired him for. Despite the promising start to the project, with sub-contractors showing up to the property and initial communications with Rich, things quickly turned for the worse when we made our first lump sum payment and Rich disappeared without any notice. instances of dishonest behavior that we experienced from him throughout the project.
We were left in a difficult position when his sub-contractors showed up to the property, but none of them knew what needed to be done. In fact, the sub-contractors continually interrupted our workdays to ask where the outlets and lights were going to be installed, what the plumbing layout would be, and in one instance ask me to pick up supplies, all this despite having already discussed this with Rich. After more than two weeks of being a no-show, Rich finally contacted us with only cryptic, one-word texts. He used the excuse of Covid for his absence, and we foolishly gave him a second chance, which turned out to be a HUGE mistake.
Issues continued to arise, and we discovered that Rich would be out of town for over two months straight to “Snowbird” in Arizona. He did not mention he would be having an extended absence before we hired him and he had no plan in place for project management. During Rich’s absence, there was ZERO project oversight, and we had to manage the sub-contractors ourselves. Quality of work became a major concern, with the drywallers installing square corners when we had requested round bullnose, and the baseboard trim was of terrible quality requiring multiple sections to be redone, and multiple doors being the wrong size and needing replacement.
Even when we asked Rich to explain an outrageous quote he had given us for a section of the bathroom, he refused to provide any explanation and became defensive. When we confronted him about his prolonged absence, he took ZERO ownership of the situation and stated that his apprentice/assistant/errand boy, Cory, would stop by. However, Cory only visited once during the two-plus months that Rich was away to drop off tile. In addition, the designer that Rich “highly” recommended (Katie "Designs by Katie") and who Rich works closely with attempted to steal money and not distribute tile to us to the tune of SEVEN THOUSAND DOLLARS.
Rich failed a total of 9 inspections by the county. Over the last three-plus months of the project, Rich only showed up twice and had minimal presence on group texts or phone calls. In an attempt to justify his absence, Rich engaged in baseless and fabricated allegations, falsely asserting that we engaged in harassment and abuse towards the sub contractors and would no longer be present at the property. In addition, he falsely claimed we were not letting him into the basement for inspections. Furthermore, following yet another unsuccessful inspection, Rich resorted to coercive measures by issuing a direct ultimatum: the termination of the building permit would be executed unless we remitted the final payment prior to the project's completion. This flagrant violation of our contractual agreement was not an isolated incident but rather a recurrent pattern of behavior. Consequently, we exercised our right to withhold payment until such time as the contractual obligations were met.
This was a major disappointment for us as customers and showed a lack of integrity on Rich’s end. We highly advise against hiring Richlynn Construction and Rich as your contractor, as our experience with them was very unsatisfactory, unprofessional, and dishonest. Potential customers should be warned about the lack of oversight and quality of work, which were major issues throughout our project.

This lower rating is for the 2 associates that were working last night. Never in my life have I seen such a chaotic scene walking into the store. The line was very long & the associates were yelling at customers in the line! I am a regular customer &I've never had a bad thing to say about this store until now. Drake & ASM, Summer were working. It was PAINFUL to witness the customer service. Drake yelled at a man to "get the f*** out of the store" when the man asked for his receipt. It appeared that he was confused at the amount of change he was given & Drake told the customer that he had already thrown it away. The older gentlemen left & he was so visibly embarrassed & upset. "ASM", Summer is an embarrassment to the company. She is the opposite of what a manager should be: unprofessional & incredibly rude. I witnessed her name-calling towards several customers at her register. She was snarky for absolutely no reason when asked if the store carried ice. She didn't even hesitate dropping the F-bomb several times between customers. When I reached the registers, Drake & Summer were chit-chatting & ignored me for several minutes until I politely asked which register I should go to. Second, upon trying to schedule time on the website to get a warranty issue, there are no (zero) appointments available for them coming to you -- you'll have to find time to bring your car to them.
Finally, they refuse to fix the new crack that appeared only eight days after the replacement. I spoke to two different people, and both insist I need to pay for another new windshield -- full cost!

We noticed the paint has terribly faded on top of the cab plus a bit on the hood on our 2018 Toyota Tacoma compared to our 2010 GM. The body paint still looks nice. The GM vehicle stills looks new. Took it to the local dealer and communication with service Mgr has been dreadful. No updates from local office on repairing the adhesion manufacturer defect paint. Voicemail

We took our 2018 Toyota Tacoma to Antony Burgett, service manager on April 8, 2023. He took photos and said was going to email it to the Regional office in Denver and get back with us the following week. I have not been updated, left him voicemails on his direct line. Finally, TODAY, I called my Sales Associate and she had to remind him.
Disappointed in having to write a bad review. I do wish things were different . Not only were things still dirty I was charged $100 more than I was quoted. When I called to understand why there was such a miscommunication I got attitude and was hung up on. Had little to no communication with the one who detailed my car. shown these alleged “videos”. I was in tears for some miscommunication. When my husband was trying to out figure the situation by talking to Alonso. Alonso would rather make things worse and lie to people then admitting to his and his employees mistakes. I hope we could’ve come to a better outcome with the business having better communication. Why hurt people over bad business decisions?

was actually told by a Vet at this VCA via their Phone rep. advising "unethical" to prescribe a medicine that is short acting and doesn't cause withdrawal. Why then would a medicine so benign be "unethical" to prescribe? We are scared for our Dog...as Nearly every Veterinary sight online advised hard stopping our Dog's particular medicine does in fact cause increased anxiety, agitation and trouble falling asleep and each of these sites recommend the importance of slowly weaning dogs off TRAZADONE to prevent discomfort and withdrawal effects. Considering the "Vet" wouldn't take the time to even discuss alternatives to cold turkey I question ohow ethical this VCA really is along with any sincere concern about my pets comfort. I suggest this because they "should" be well aware of how tormented our Dog is with allergies which the hyperactive temperament exacerbates the paw chewing and rubbing. Again my family is frightened by the situation VCA Dakota Ridge has placed us in. It's not as if we didn't do something as we’ve tried everything suggested to us and now the consequences are all on my pet. Can veterinary clinics be held accountable for haphazardly making such irresponsible decisions?
We've used this clinic for several pets over the years way back when it first opened it's doors as Firehouse. These days I cannot imagine there are not better alternatives to manage the health of a beloved Pet. Perhaps choose VCA if you value convenience over quality care? Their phone recording even says they have too many patients and not enough appointments. Evident from my recent experience over the phone and prior visits I’m guessing this simply means you'll see inexperienced Veterinarians while conducting fast impersonal visits.

Vet McKayla Peterson and Wildflower vets in Brighton are horrible. She recommended that my baby be put to sleep because her eye was messed up. Plus she said that she was done with her surgeries for the day or she would take her eye out. Instead she referred us to an animal hospital that recommended we save her eye and not put her down. I left unfavorable feedback in another place and the owner kelly Mcguire sent me an email saying she will not let us be patients there...I thought by the feedback I left she would have gotten the message that we DO NOT want to ever go there again even if they were the last place on earth. She said...owner...that we broke the trust. They did by not taking care of our baby and by acting bothered late on a Friday that our baby might need care. I think they should not be trusted. Wildflower vets in Brighton is the WORST!!!! Save your baby and go somewhere else.

I explain to both the front office lady and dentist that they should be able to bill it to insurance since the other dentist office was clearing it up. However, they refused to do this even after they told me this is what to do. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! The dentist hung up on me at the end of the phone call. I've never dealt with more rude people in my life! Hope you don't have any issues with your insurance otherwise they will treat you like garbage. Oh, and it was all over $54.00. They must be really hurting for money.

While repair was in progress the service advisor gave me a full tour of the facility. Everybody there was kind , professional. Thanks Dennis and Josh.
Going back to them anytime I need repairs done . Highly recommend these folks ,they take the time and explain everything you can ask

The place was clean, and the employees there are dedicated to keeping all the dogs happy, and healthy. I bought my flickennel Doxie from there 3 years ago, and I don't regret a thing. I definitely plan to purchase another one from here eventually.
