Advantages I honestly can’t say enough good things about Dr York and her Staff at Bear Pond! Comment Please take these negative comments to heart. This is a real story, that can happen to you with your Golden Gal Puppies. Run now, before you dog turns 24 months old, and get a PennHip done them. You can not get an OFA on your puppy until it is 24 months old. Any reputable breeder knows that. Advantages Fair price for the work done. Disadvantages Does not listen to the customer. Joseph the watch tech is rude on the phone and took him over a month and a return to fix my grandfathers watch properly. Also asked to have the watch shipped to my business and they ignored me twice and mailed to a fedex drop location. I was given excuse after excuse both the original time I sent the watch in and when I had to return it because it was not repaired properly the first time as to why it was taking

If you want to change your life , change your outlook, grow and be the best version of yourself you can be, then get to work with “Dr. T.” If you want to be in therapy for years and years, have a shoulder to cry on and whine endlessly, then you should go to your average run of the mill therapist, not John Tamerin. Advantages Love love this company, Sharon is such an expert and always available She helped my dad get outof the hospital to rehab followed through with all they didn't helped us place her on assisted living and continues to monitor him Disadvantages absolutely none Comment Wonderful nursing practice, expertise throughout the heathcare system knows her stuff and communicates well because our family live in Michigan. Advantages Clean space, affordable, could be a great spot for parties or hanging out with friends. Beer/wine available so even nice for a date nite. Close to train. Disadvantages Coaching availability is unreliable—for such an upscale table tennis place this is problematic. Owner often seems disheveled/ foggy/disorganized about answering details around hours and party pricing. He once completely forgot about a friend’s party and hadn’t arranged any of the food or details and wasn’t even there

DISAPPOINTED. I PAID A LOT OF MONEY FOR A USELESS REVIEW. THEY OVER DID IT WITH COGNATIVE TESTS. WHEREAS A SIMPLE ROAD TEST WOULD BE SUFFECIENT TO GIVE AN EVALUATION. I DID A ROAD TEST THAT WAS TOO LONG, ALMOST AN HOUR TEST. THAT TEST SHOULD HAVE BEEN SUFFECIENT BUT THE LADY INSISTED ON GIVING ME MORE COGNATIVE TESTS.. WHAT A FARSE. I DROVE BEAUTIFULLY. ENEUGH IS ENEUGH. I WOULD RECOMMEND GOING FOR A REVIEW AND EVALUATION AT STATE OF CONN. TRAINING CENTER. ITS FREE TOO. AS A TAXPAYER. FREE.

Advantages Most of the staff including the doctor were very nice. I didn't have to wait for my cat to be seen Disadvantages My cat appeared critically ill over a week ago. I couldn't get an appointment right away at my regular veterinary practice. So I took her to VCA Shoreline because they could take her in immediately. I expected that emergency services would cost more. I also expected to have to put down a deposit. Emergency services tend to be very expensive and I'm sure a lot of people skip

out on the bill. So I was willing to accept all this going in. After only a cursory exam of my pet, the doctor gave me three possibilities of how things could turn out based on the outcome of the test results (that they had yet to run). I expected to sign the standard forms authorizing treatment and another form that I would be responsible for the cost of all treatment. That's not what happened. After the doctor left, another staff member came into the room. She and I were alone in the room. They had one form for me to sign that would authorize treatment and make me responsible to cost of treatment. I didn't like that it was one form but ok. The problem I really had was that there was an "Estimate" at the top itemizing the price for all testing and treatment.....BUT the doctor said there could be three different outcomes. Why was I signing to be responsible for treatment the doctor hadn't even decided was necessary because they hadn't even run the bloodwork yet?! Specifically, I was signing to be responsible for $150 in undisclosed "Medication". We didn't even know if my cat needed medication yet!!! When I objected, the staff member became very cold and said flat out: "you have to sign this document or we won't treat your cat". My cat was having an emergency. Was I really going to price shop other veterinary clinics? Of course not. They knew they had me in a bind and could charge whatever they wanted for any reason. That's when it occurred to me. Why weren't we discussing this at the front desk like every other veterinary practice that has nothing to hide with its billing practices? Why was I alone in a small room with a stern staff member pressuring me and saying: sign or else? This is the kind of shady manipulative practices you see in used car dealerships. I have never been made to handle things this way or been treated this way at any other veterinary practice. Comment I have one more thing to add. They are supposed to be an "Emergency Hospital". They had to get a urine sample from my cat and they said they couldn't test it in house. It would take 24hrs to send it to another facility and get the results back. Shouldn't an EMERGENCY HOSPITAL have all equipment necessary to treat just about anything?! I took my cat to a follow up appointment a week later at our regular vet that is NOT an emergency hospital. They had the equipment and ability to do the same urine test in house and in under 1 hour! This place is overrated for the services they provide. They definitely overcharge even for being an "Emergency Hospital", and they do so in a high pressure deceptive fashion. I will NEVER go back to this place unless my pet is at death's door and literally no other veterinary practice in the state will take her. They have had two of my very expensive brand new locomotives sent there for repainting of and on now for over a year. At first they had them for over six months and when I got them back they looked like a 5 year old had painted them. In addition there was bent and broken parts. After forever, they agreed to repaint them and now after having them another six months won't answer my emails or respond to my voicemails.

Farmington Valley Home Services (FVHS) was recommended to me by L&L Mechanical. L&L replaced my old HVAC system last year. They did an expert installation at a very reasonable price and I highly recommend them also. FVHS did an annual furnace maintenance job last week at a reasonable price. Yesterday (Friday) I had my hot water heater leak all over the basement floor. This is a 15 year old unit so I thought I would have to replace it. My Dad sexually abused me for 10 years and Dr Horowitz said in his review that he didnt think my dad was a threat. He also said my mom made it up. this is FALSE and he was completely wrong about everything. I had to endure 10 years of terror because he screwed up the tests. I think he lied, or was bribed. There is no way he could be that off. Or he is just that bad at his job. Please help your kids and do not use him.
