II am giving ABC Roofing Corporation a 5-star rating to the Owner- John, Office Manager-Hanna and staff, and Operations-George and installers. ABC Roofing Corporation has been selected by the homeowners of the Townhomes of Oriole repeatedly due to their reputation, pricing, warranties, workmanship and service when compared to the competition. They listen to the homeowners; they are courteous, and they do a great job. Acting as President and Secretary, of our HOA Board of Directors, I have had the pleasure of working directly with ABC roofing for going on 2 years. Disgusting business values. They took advantage of my elderly parents after using them for a roof repair that kept leaking. They paid half up front and the office manager stated that until my parents pay them in full she would not send someone out to look at the leak that they never fixed properly. Also that roof repairs are not under warranty. So the next time it rained it is ok to have it leak? Why even get the roof repaired? To make matters worse, she was extremely rude and stated we are lucky they didn't send us to collections! AVOID. … – show

Recently had our roof replaced. It was something we knew had to be done when we purchased our home. ABC Roofing came to our aid more than once in the process from an estimate of the cost when we made the offer on our home to finalizing the contract. Everyone at ABC Roofing -- office staff, Cesar our sales rep -- the hardworking crew, the mason, if I am missing someone in the process I apologize -- all responsive, hardworking, professional through the process. 100% quality!

Just called to ask for a Sales position in Roofing 05/13/22 10:22 am, lady who answered the Phone said no positions available at this time....so i asked if she couldn't take my name or anything, she went Silent for a few seconds asked someone in the background then picked up the phone and slammed it.

Not the kind of Company i want to work for Either with 0 customer Service smh!!!

Or should you hire them to do any work especially Roofs over your head.

Where is the 0 Star when needed.

ABC Roofing did an exceptional job replacing my 25 year old roof. The office manager walked me through the process and the team on the ground was always professional and kept things cleaned up.

I had my roof replace recently with ABC Roofing, from start to finish the process was explained and really detailed. The sales man was pretty knowledgeable of the type of roof that fit my need and expectation. I could’t believe that they had so many people involved. It’s a truly remarkable company. From start to finish. ABC Roofing did a fantastic job. Quality products and craftsman made our roof look beautiful and it was at a great price. Only thing better than all of this was Hanna. She treated me like we've known each other for years. Great experience.

After seeing ABC Roofing complete a neighbor's roof, we spoke with that neighbor who gave ABC a great review. We're glad we did because we hired them and they did a superb job for us. The quality of the work was top-notch and our roof is absolutely beautiful. On top of all that, their price was very competitive. In fact, they were a bit less expensive then the other companies who quoted the job.
I've recommended ABC Roofing to other neighbors of mine and will continue to do so.

ABC Roofing recently finished a new roof in my house. Cesar did the quote and answered all my questions very nice. The company has a very good plus that always answers your calls or calls you back quickly. The whole team worked very well and faster. I highly recommend ABC Roofing.

When we have concerns for any issues occurred during the replacement of our roof, Supervisor & Staff handled our concerns immediately. We would rate the company 5 STARS for the Customer Service. Supervisor/Staff (out in the field & office) are very professional and pleasant to do business with. They responded to our questions or concerns in a timely manner.
We would highly recommended my neighbors, family & friends to have ABC Roofing Co. to handle services for them.

I had a great experience with ABC Roofing. They were professional, reliable, and accommodating. They guided me throughout the whole process, answering all of my questions and concerns. Do not use this company!! horrible, took 9 monthes, they originally filed wrong permits that we had to call the city to find out. Had us rip our balcony tile out because they said they were ready and it sat for over 3 mos exposed to the rain and charged us almost an additional 4K to replace the wood that was destroyed due to their error. (exposed new wood has cracks in it I just noticed). While throwing old tile off roof destroyed several garden ornaments. There is no communication there, I would call daily for over a week to try to talk to someone, no replies to e-mails. If you want to spare yourself alot of grief, do not use!!! … – show

Me and my husband was so exhausting for the past half year because we were trying to look for a roofing company to do our roof,but last month I am so glad we found ABC Roofing, Mario and Hannah is super nice and kind,I would say I know nothing about roofing at all and I was calling them a lot,but they will always be very nice and very patiently to try to help me to understand,they are so helpful with everything for what I need to know!when I finally have them come out to do the roof they fini shed it fast and beautifully,me and my husband are very impressed how Fast they are and we are very satisfy with the Company and the final product,I hope my review are helpful for family are out there looking for a roofing company! … – show

When the heavy rain started coming through the ceiling, it was time to call for help. I called ABC Roofing, the company that installed the roof 20 years ago & so glad I did! Hanna was calming & great on the phone, sent Cesar over the next day & he was able to get a crew out quickly to get the repair done.
I'm hoping not to need them again anytime soon, but if I need roof help, there's no one else I'd call.

I very happy I went with ABC roofing to replace my entire roof. I would recommend this company compared to many out there. They are punctual and quick on installation once the permit is approved.

Needed to replace my 20 year old roof, ABC was great to work with. Cesar did the estimate, straight forward and way to understand. Shannon in the office was courteous and professional and informative. John and Jason were on point with the schedule and the crews showed up when expected and knocked it out of the park.

Overall just a good experience and a great company to do business with, I appreciated the quality of work they did.
