    I had such a positive experience here. Stopped in to get just a single participation medal and ribbon for my daughter who was running her first racing series. The customer service specialist was so helpful and went to the back to pick out all of the available options that met my criteria. The price for a single item was incredibly reasonable. I didn’t get her name, but I thank her for her assistance! I was going to order on Amazon and very glad I stopped in to a local shop instead. Will definite … – show

    I ordered a custom beer glass for father's day this past year and we had a wonderful experience. Crown Trophy had great communication between the engraver and my family about what was needed. The turn around time was quick, no delays or confusion. Perfect place for the perfect personalized gift!

    Just wanted to say a HUGE thank you from the Marbrook PTO for the perfect gift for our retiring principal. It turned out even better than we imagined, fits in the space wonderfully, and most importantly, our principal felt honored by it. Thanks for working with us and making this happen so quickly!

    I've used Crown Trophy a number of times over the past few years. I always receive great and products are always high quality at a reasonable price. The staff is always very attentive and helpful. I would absolutely recommend Crown Trophy.

    I’m so grateful Melissa was able to work with me in a pinch for my large last minute....literally last minute order for medals for a team of 6th graders. She was awesome start to finish. And the kids loved their trophies!

    I have been working with Melissa and the Crown Trophy team for quite a few years now. They make our banners for our softball team as well as our trophies and anything else we need. I have always found Melissa to be very responsive and friendly. She is always willing to help in anyway that she can by investigating the best products for the best prices for us. Their turn around time is very timely. We won't be using anyone else.

    I have never ordered medals or trophies before and Melissa was so helpful. She gave me great ideas on how to save money, multiple quotes when I needed them and was super responsive to all emails and phone calls. I was nervous to make such a large purchase for our Boys Gymnastics Meet but she made the process easy. Can't wait to work with her again.

    Melissa was very unprofessional, acted as if her time was being wasted. I've never dealt with someone so rude who is supposed to be running a professional business!! Will never deal with this company again!!!

    Always professional, i have used them nemourous times and they make the trophies for my sons school! Melissa, the owner, is always so nice and knows exactly what I want! Highly recommended!!

    Quality work, reasonable price and helpful staff. Save the aggravation of trying to do it yourself. They frame awards, custom make plaques and trophies, ribbons, etc. Go to place
