, without prior explanation of what she would do to me, began to reduce the molars on the opposite side of my mouth, when I realized I raised my hand to try to warn her that it was not that side, she responded rudely saying “filing a tooth is just like filing a nail, you can calm down” then she went to the right side, which was where I felt the high bite from the beginning. She lowered the molars on that side as well, exposing the dentin of several of my teeth on both sides, now I have tooth pain, on both sides, also jaw pain because I can't chew because my lower molars no longer make contact. There is a space that prevents crushing food, I can only eat bland food, my bite has also changed noticeably, in the same way that is preventing me from pronouncing some words well. I have had to go to other dentists for second evaluations and opinions and they all agree that my molars are very lowered and cannot be fixed because their natural enamel has been removed, they only recommend dental pastes and rinses to desensitize the teeth. gotten their unlimited monthly membership in January 2023 and less than a month of using their carwash and my car paint now has hundreds/thousands of dollars worth of damage to the paint. My mechanic had inspected my car back in December of 2022 so he knew how pristine the paint job was on my car before taking it to the car wash. I then took it to my mechanic in January 2023 to have my mechanic look at the damage and he said that this type of damage definitely had to have happened at the carwash and said since the chips & scratches are down to the metal that it can't be buffed out and it will completely have to be repainted. It seems like Mister Carwash has been having a lot of issues lately with damages that their carwashes have caused and they won't take accountability and will deny your claim. After giving me the run around for almost a month, talking to different managers, and them making me bring my car back up to their location multiple times on my dime only to have different managers look at it and they ended up denying my claim. And they gave me the same excuse/statement they give others when they deny their claim which is "the damage wasn't consistent with how our brushes and machinery work". And the district manager wanted me to drive my car through their wash again to see how the damage could have been caused to my car. I told him that I didn't feel comfortable taking my car through the car wash again being that it sustained all these damages from going through it previously. So I declined. There are a lot of others that have had their cars damaged, made a claim, and were denied. I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau now since I tried to go through Mister Carwash directly and they denied my claim. They keep telling me to contact their company in different ways which all in the end result in absolutely no help and them just telling me that there is nothing more that they can do. I am sure they will reply to this review the same way as they usually do and by telling me to contact either their customer service number or directly by email; but like I said before, this will not be of any help because I know I will get the same results of them telling me that my claim was denied and that there is nothing more that can be done in their end. Unless you want to get hundreds/thousands worth of damage to your car and then them not taking accountability for the damage and denying your claim don't take your car here. Here are just a few pictures of the damages that Mister Carwash caused to my black car. All those white marks and specs that you see in the photos are paint chips, scratches, and swirls that the Mister Carwash caused on my black car paint. A company with terrible business ethics and a company that does take accountability for the damages that their company causes to customer's vehicles. When they cause damages to your car and you file a damage claim they use the generic excuse/statement they give others when they deny their claim which is "the damage wasn't consistent with how our brushes and machinery work". Upon picking it up, there were error messages on the phone indicating incompatibility and the phone was no longer able to show battery health status. The error messages would not go away. John told me if I wanted to see info on battery health, I would need to plug the phone into iTunes.
I left the store and returned about 30 minutes later indicating that I was not happy with the end result. Had John told me that functionality would be limited before hand, I wouldn't have had them do the work.
I asked him to remove the battery they installed and replace it with the original, which he did. When asked about a refund, he picked up the phone to call his manager. When I got on the phone, she calmly told me there are no refunds, even though I was misled (intentionally or not). She kept stating it is not policy to provide refunds. I admit that I got irate as I thought I was in the right and was quite surprised that a manager was not empowered to deviate from policy to right a wrong. She directed me to email the local management so they could "open a case." I also sent the same email to iFixandRepair corporate. Corporate's initial response was, "This is not by any means reflective of the #iFixandRepair standards of service and customer satisfaction." I was hopeful.
They responded several days later with, "The store has replied to your case. You have accepted our policy to work on your phone, so we cannot give you a refund in this case, but you still can go to the store for a free diagnostic." Further the store indicated "Employee provided with all information about battery and the warranty on it."
This is a false statement. At no point was I made aware of, orally or in writing that functionality would be limited and I would have this constant error message. This certainly would not have been the case had I brought the phone to Apple.
Bottom line is I feel I was ripped off of $106 as they refused to make things right.
Buyer beware. Make sure to ask thorough questions up front. Don't count on them to be transparent.

We told the property management company that we were concerned because we were having difficulties breathing and could smell mold throughout the apartment. The Property management company told us they cannot reach a contractor and to clean it ourselves.
We did as we were instructed and were still having a hard time breathing and could smell mold. We told the property managers about this (Tony and Donna Goudie), and they made no attempt to resolve the issue. Furthermore, they denied and ignored us about our concerns for mold.
My wife and I then payed for a state certified Mold Company to come in and test the apartment. The mold company found active mold spores in the apartment and the apartments air ducts. We provided this information to the property management company.
The landlord released us from the lease. However, the property management company would not release our tenant history to any new apartments. In fact, they provided false allegations of poor rental history even when we payed on time and in full every 1st of the month. The actions of the real estate company put us at direct risk of being homeless.
On the day of the final walkthrough the property management company showed up with a small child and upon initial contact made slanderous false accusations that we committed predatory acts toward this random child; followed by Donna Goudie refusing to conduct the final walkthrough, which stated in the release that they would complete. While I attempted to conduct my own walkthrough to document the condition of the apartment the property manager Donna Goudie demanded the keys back and pulled on my lanyard that was around my neck, choking me. THIS IS ONE EXPERIENCE; HOW MANY MORE ARE THERE?

that we were using but recently terminated contacted them. They started adding chemicals to the pool before we had given the property management company permission to go ahead with doing the pool. They were suppose to give us an estimate on how much it would cost to take the pool from green to clean. Instead I got a call saying we needed to replace the pump and the motor for $1800. I called around and was told by several pool companies that the pump should still be good because they last a long time and that we probably only need to replace the motor. They were all correct because we had a different pool company than Cannonball replace the motor for less than $360.00. At some point before Cannonball contacted me about the pump and motor they had put chemicals in the pool. We are not at the property every day and when I did stop by on 02/16/23 after the motor had been replaced Cannonball came out and stirred up all the junk on the bottom, made a mess on the pool deck with dried green junk from the pool (Pool deck had been pressure washed the end of December) and they had the pump going without checking on it and the pressure gauge was at 29. I turned off the pump and called Cannonball. I had to leave a voicemail. Called back about a half hour later got voicemail again. Called back an hour after my first call blocking my number and a gal answered. I told her that someone needed to come out and do something because they can’t leave the pump running with all the filth in the pool And that it needed to be vacuumed out. She told me she would have someone call me. I also told her about the pressure gauge being at 29 and she told me I was exaggerating. I told her I took a picture of it and could send it to her but she never gave me an email to send it too. To this day no body has called me back. Unfortunately we had to pay the property management company for the work that Cannonball did not do so we could terminate our contract with the property management company since they were not doing there job either. That’s a whole story in itself.

. I have read so many reviews and heard so many positive things about Cleveland Clinic elsewhere but somehow, they are just not finding their footing here. I have just been transferred to my 6th oncologist because they keep leaving. I had one who had come to try it out tell me he hated it at Cleveland Clinic. I also have had one tell me he didn't have time for me, literally the first words out of his mouth to me. It is very obvious it is now being run like a treadmill, patient in patient out quick quick quick. It is just such a shame because the staff there work so hard to try to make things better for those of us in such a terrible situation, and they are clearly not being rewarded as cherished staff.
I am still so grateful for the care that I have received but I feel forced to write this review because of a situation I am currently experiencing. The chemo had stopped working for me and my oncologist came up with a plan to begin in two weeks, but in the meantime my tumors are growing and I haven't had any treatments for 6 weeks. Patients are starting to fall through the cracks and it just isn't right. Things are finally back on track but these situations continue to happen. We have a beautiful facility here with the best and most modern treatments and it is being completely sullied by Mismanagement. Currently, there is one person reading the results of radiology tests, so we are all delayed in finding out where we stand. Patients are coming in to find out the results only to learn the results aren't in yet. Does that make any sense at all? Well, apparently it does to management.
I will continue to fight for my life and am so grateful to all who have helped me.

Visited Aldi's on Merritt Island N Courtney P/Way to purchase avocados and a few other items. The avocados were 49 cents each so I thought that was a good deal so I bought 8. But they were not because when I went to eat them out of the 8 I could only eat 1 and a half because they were rotted inside. I explained to Mr. Marrero and his assistant, Marta, that my insurance did not cover mediation. He stated it was not a problem. Three weeks later he came to my home and then told me that he would complete work in my home for only $20,000. Later he refused to send an updated invoice stating if he did send something different than what he wrote for insurance he could get in trouble.
He refuses to send invoices or receipts for money paid.
The remaining work was inadequate and his "team" damaged my kitchen waste/water lines, as well as my kitchen stove and floors.
I later found out that Mr. Marrero was posing as a general contractor to gain additional funds to repair housing- one which left the owner with thousands of dollars in bills as Mr. Marrero did nothing to code and had to be re done.
I have since found out that Mr. Marrero and his company are not licensed contractors, nor licensed to perform MRS. Upon looking him up on this site I have found several complaints for the same reason as mine. I spoke with someone at the DBR who says Mr. Marrero has a history of this and it needs to stop. I urge anyone who has had shotty work done by this man to contact the DBR to stop others from being taken advantage of.

Dr. Sandra Diaz is incompetent and overtreat problems that don’t exist. She turned my two healthy molar teeth into pain that requires root canals. I tried the pants on inside the establishment and the owner hemmed the pants while I was wearing them. I picked up the pants in a week, thinking everything was done properly. Couple of days later I wanted to try wearing the pants outside for the first time. The second I put the pants on I knew they were ruined. One pant leg was shorter than the other and it was noticeable (outside inseam of pants). I couldn’t believe my eyes so I took them off and measured with tape measurement to make sure. The right pant leg was half an inch shorter than the left pant leg. I took the pants back to explain to the owner that the pants need to be redone. He asked me to show him so I took out the same tape measurement and showed him they were different lengths. He denied they were different lengths and took me to another part of the counter stand to measure the pants again stating that I measured them wrong since the spot where I was measuring them “was windy”. He measured them and told me he got the same measurements for both pants. We argued back and forth and after several times of me showing him at several locations on the right pant leg that in fact the right pant leg was half an inch to an inch shorter (in different locations of the pant leg), he finally agreed they were different lengths on the outside inseam. He insisted that the inside inseams of the pants were identical and this is how every alteration place measure pants, by the inside inseam and not the outside inseam. By his logic, you can cut two pants legs the same length on the inside inseam and then make a 45 degree cut on the outside inseam on just one of the pant legs and by his argument you can have these two pant legs be “altered correctly” when in fact the outside inseams are different lengths?? He also stated that they work with the bottom half of the pants only and not the top (where the hips are) so if the pants are “not the same length in the hip area”, the bottom half of the pants wont match and they cant do anything to fix that. He also suggested that I could be wearing these pants with the right side of the waist hiked all the way up, while the left side is worn lower on my waist and this is what is causing my pants to not be of equal lengths. No logic in this statement since these pants don’t have an elastic waistband for me to hike them up and they just sit flat against my stomach. I wore these pants straight across my waist. When I asked him if I could receive a refund for the alteration since I wont be wearing these ruined pants and will be needing to buy a new pair of pants, he stated that “this is a family business” and therefore they do not give refunds for alterations that might have ruined pants. He also stated that I am the first customer in 3 years that he has had complain about incorrect alterations. I just checked the google reviews for this business and someone wrote about bad alterations received 4 months ago and another review was 9 months ago. Before taking your pants to get altered here, ask yourself this - if the pants are ruined, will I be okay with throwing away $20 for the alterations and the price of purchasing a new pair of pants? If the answer is a resounding “no”, find another place to get your pants altered. Find a place that values you as customer and is willing to fix an issue should one arise.

decorations consisted of three balloons. The table clothes were black plastic and the cups and plates were white cheap paper. This after I’d been told that the room would be decorated! I had to run to Publix and get decorated table cloths and nicer plates etc. Then they insisted on charging me a skate rental fee for my daughter who brought her own skates! They literally confiscated my mother’s skates since she wasn’t planning on skating because I didn’t give them a skate rental ticket for her. It took my guests over 30 minutes to get through the check in line since they had one person working it. I have never experienced such rudeness and lack of professionalism. My daughter takes private classes here every week and they were still so rude. Do not host an event here!!

What kind of management business does not do phone calls. That is very sketchy to me.
