I visited the Health Center maybe 8 years ago. I had an injury to my arm, from lifting heavy bags of pet food, at the store I worked at. The treatment worked and I was back to work in no time. Everyone in the office was helpful and friendly. If I'm ever in FL again I will definitely keep this place in mind.

between cleanings, maybe we do need this. For me, I had 2 sessions. One here in Winter Springs office and one in Oviedo office as to their schedule. I had an estimate we agreed to with all fees and insurance provided payments noted. 1 year later, we are getting charged almost 500 dollars over the estimate, but the insurance was paying their agreed part except where they filed the second procedure out of network. I showed the office the mistake instead of catching it themselves. Still 5 return visits to the office where the staff reassures me they got it covered, but still being billed. So now threatening collection a second time after the first one cancelled due to the documentation I have and provided but the dentist refuses to address the issue. It is now 1 month from 2024 and still dealing with this inept office. For the record - I have paid everything from the estimate and more. AVOID! Heed my warning!

to visit their physical location during my lunch breaks to pick up my mail, only to find the door locked and absolutely no one available to assist me. It's not just a one-time occurrence; this happened more than six times. It's utterly frustrating to carve time out of your busy schedule, only to be met with locked doors and complete negligence.
What's even more infuriating is that there were times when I patiently waited, and to my astonishment, I could see staff members preoccupied with their children in the back. It's blatantly obvious that these children were taking precedence over paying customers. This level of unprofessionalism is inexcusable.
My breaking point came when I received an email from iPostal1, notifying me that I would be charged for mail that I hadn't picked up. I had, in fact, picked up the mail, but the staff failed to document it properly. It's clear that their attention to detail and their commitment to their customers are severely lacking.
When I reached out to express my concerns and dissatisfaction with the service, I received nothing but nasty, unprofessional responses from the person who identified herself as the owner of iPostal1. To clarify, I did some research and discovered that the owner is actually located in another state. This raises concerns about the authenticity and integrity of this location's association with the iPostal1 brand.
I've retained all the rude emails I received and reported them to iPostal1 to shed light on how this particular location treats its paying customers. The individual handling their correspondence urgently needs to improve their customer service skills, particularly when dealing with clients who pay for the services they are linked with.
In conclusion, I cannot, in good conscience, recommend this location to anyone with important and professional business matters. It has been a frustrating, unprofessional, and disappointing experience from start to finish. I will be reporting this company to the Better Business Bureau to formally file a complaint and hopefully prevent others from enduring such a dreadful ordeal.

The floor tile and the tile that was laid in the showers did not change colors, they do look a little darker maybe in the natural light, but they did not CHANGE colors completely. And they refuse to do anything about it, stating what I chose was what was installed, no response as to the lack of accurate representation. And this literally took 2 months to get that unacceptable response. Small claims court it seems is in our future.

5 years ago I moved to the area and needed a church home. Not only did I get a church home, I got a church family. The first Sunday I was greeted with the most loving hugs from church members, and the Pastor's wife. I have been going there ever since. I love my church family. If you are looking for a church home, this is the church to be.

Then last night as I was driving to a dinner engagement with my family the car screen tells me one of the tires has low pressure. I soon drive to safe stop and open the trunk and then the infamous "fronk" looking for a spare tire to soon realize that this car does not have one. I go back into the car and call customer service to ask them if I could keep on driving the car with the "run flat tire" that a car of such sticker price is supposed to have and after waiting for over 15 mins I am told that this car does not have run flat tires and the customer service agent instructs me to look for a "fix a flat kit" that the car is supposed to have in the trunk. I go back to the truck looking for the kit and let the agent know that I can't find it. He puts me on hold again and comes back after a few minutes to let me know that based on his research they are not shipping those cars with the kit any longer. At this point, we are late for dinner and when I ask for my options, he proceeds to tell me that all he could do was to transfer me to the appropriate department for a service call. I wait again and a guys with a defensive tone comes to the line (provably from having to deal with the last aggravated victim he had spoken with) and tells me that they will have to "tow my car to the dealership to get the tire fix" and gives me an ETA of 45 mins to 1 hour for the tow truck to arrive. We then get contacted by the tow truck people, they confirm the ETA and I ask if I can leave the car behind and they say that I can do that at my own risk. By now dinner plans were cancelled and we had already apologized to our dinner friends for not being able to make it, but lets not forget that I have hungry kids in the car and I my wife and I decide to go back home to fix ourself something to eat and deal with the car issue the day after. I later get a call from the tow truck lady to let me know that my car was left safe at the dealership and I call it a night.
I get up this morning and while having my cup of coffee and reviewing my emails a messages I see an alert on the Tesla App telling me that my "estimate was ready". I open the app and proceed to review the alert and it contains an estimate with a request to consent a tire replacement in the amount of $510.00. I proceed to reach out by phone and I am told that "they simply do not fix these tires and it must be replace (way to be clean Tesla, dumping brand new tires into land fields while overcharging your clients for a replacement). I had the car towed to a tire replaced shop and it was all done at a fraction of the cost on their estimate.
So I go back to the beginning of this long review. Be AWARE when buying Tesla cars and don't let the big Ipad on the dashboard and the take off speed impress you. Feel the body of the car, take a close look at the fishing and materials and if you choose to move forward and buy it, it might be a good idea to buy a spare tire and put it in the truck tight after you leave the dealership.

I've had 2 facet shots, twice nerves burned off and can barely get the doctor to see me let alone spend more than 2minutes during a meeting. Recently fell inside their waiting area and received no help, but rather doctor was upset i came in to discuss why an MRI wasn't being approved. Ongoing legal battle against their staff. They were both very responsive and communicative prior to our deposit, but that all changed once under contract and given them a deposit. When we signed the contract that had a lot of 5 star reviews so we felt comfortable giving them 50% large deposit. They stated that had to start our renovation in June and by doing so would have it completed by time my son went back to school in August. It is now March 2023 and they have 75% of the money and about 20% of the job complete. In 9 months they have only done Demo (not complete as they forgot to chip the tile glue up), improperly installed cabinets, Horribly sloppy paint job, electric, and plumbing. This has forced us to live in one room with 3 people for the past 9 months with our entire down stairs nothing but concrete floor, NO KITCHEN at all (no running water, no countertops, and no appliances. We are have literally have been held hostage by them and confined to 1 bedroom for 3 of us to live out, a Pod in our driveway for 9 months costing us $300.00 a month, and forced to eat out every meal for 9 months. The added expenses for food and pod have literally crippled us financially, we put our ENTIRE life savings down cash as the 75% deposit thinking doing the right thing to not take out a loan, now we have no choice but take a Home equity line of credit to hire a real contractor to basically start all over from scratch so all the work completed was not done to professional standards. We now have to look at taking on the additional expense of hiring an attorney to sue Platinum Sand construction to attempt to recover some of the damages they have caused us. Scott refused to issue us a prorated refund for work already completed and states he can get it done but not for another 5 months since it appears their business is collapsing around them as they have 3 total people including Scott that works for him. I truly hope anyone reading this takes this review very seriously and does not hire them for their renovations as you will be incredibly disappointed and financially sorry you did.

He tried to put one big door in places that the design and signed draft had two. He had the appliance specs from day one and made the built in coffee maker hole 1/2 inch to small requiring a rework of the drawer beneath, now the drawer is short in Height. When my built in refrigerator stuck out of the cabinet, told me it was installed wrong after I insisted for weeks the cabinet wasn't big enough. He finally agreed the draft said 30 inches deep and they were installed 24 inches. When there was a problem or question with install the office was unresponsive and on 2 occasions between 3 and 5 pm didn’t answers the phone or respond to messages until the following business day. Awful when countertop and appliance installers are waiting. Trim pieces were skipped, panels and hardware installed uneven. I feel like I have to babysit the workers when here, they leave edges raw and unpainted, holes in the back of cabinets. To top it off, my husband overheard the workers complaining about me being too picky! 100k into a Reno you better believe I want it perfect! Four months later it is done, it below expectations and required multiple appointments as things were over looked. Stay away from this company!

When we would call they would ask for our account number, but the account number on our invoice was a month old and no longer valid so we were on hold numerous times just to get our new account number which they had changed.
READ THE CONTRACT CAREFULLY!!! You must give them sixty days notice in writing to change or cancel any contract. That is just absurd!

My 16 year old fell in love with our Bluepoint LUCKI on our first visit and so she joined us on the way home. She acclimatized so quickly and plays incessantly. When new faces come to visit she is welcoming and curious to all arrivals.

Yesterday I was pulled over and received a citation from Trooper B. T. Cano. I’m not even upset about the citation, more about the situation. Firstly I was on 95 going the speed limit, in the center lane, while others around me were flying past. I saw the trooper come up on my left, abruptly slow down and get behind me. over as I believe your windows are tinted less than the legal 28%” and places the tint meter on my window. “Are you the registered driver? I need your license and insurance.” Okkkayyy I’m former LEO, my husband who’s in the passenger seat is current LEO of 20 years and we were both shocked at his presence and stark manner! He comes back with the ticket and says quickly “It’s $116 or send pictures of the tint gone.” I said thank you, handed him a police wife card thank you card and said be safe. He rudely asked what it was, I said “I’m a police wife, it’s a TY for your service.”
He was robotic at best, no courtesy or anything and to pull someone over on 95 for tint is crazy with all the psycho drivers on 95. A tint meter is PC to look for more in a vehicle, an initiative perhaps in a drug problem area, or when someone on a stop is being an absolute jerk!
Little rookie, please learn manners and courtesy on traffic stops, look for the “broken window affect“ to use your tint meter on, don’t just look for tickets to give, you don’t have a quota to meet, and stay safe out there on your long career path!

I brought my car in for a repair to a leak in one of my tires. The technician, who moved like a snail, told me he could not find a leak. I told him that there was obviously a leak, but that he should also check the sensor to see if it is broken (it wasn't). He tested the tire for a second time, filled it with air, and returned the keys with the assurance that the problem was fixed. From my standpoint, he would not have returned the car with all of the tires full of air unless the problem had been fixed. This is what he wanted me to believe, which is why he said nothing to the contrary.
The next day, the tire was almost flat. I had no way to get to work and the early part of my week was completely messed up. I called the service center, who promised to have a manager call me back. Never happened. The next day, I reached the manager, who was incredibly defensive and rude, constantly interrupting me and refusing to fix the car at its current location (or by arranging for a tow). He hung up on me, twice, even though I was appropriate and direct during the conversation (I did tell him that he was not being smart by taking such an unprofessional, combative approach). I invite the company to post any recordings of our discussions.
In my opinion, this was consumer fraud. It appears that the technician could not figure out the problem so he returned the vehicle to me with a tire that appeared to be full of air and ready to go and never once indicated that he failed to do his job. The manager's actions were simply unacceptable, and I will never do business with this company again. You shouldn't either.

I so wish I could write a good review. The facility and the rooms are beautiful, clean and well equipped. However, unless you are going into rehab for a very small injury that requires almost no therapy or assistance, this is not the place. My mother was there for over a month with a broken foot, and recovering from sepsis.
My observations:
She was unable to reach the toilet for some time and required a diaper. She was lucky if she was changed twice a day. Pushing a call button means nothing

, because many times it took more than an hour to have someone answer, if they did at all.
She has had numerous x-rays, blood tests and urinalysis. Absolutely no one had a clue as to where the results were. She went three weeks before an answer came on whether sepsis was still present.
The "doctor" on staff came to see her maybe three times in a month, even after repeated requests to see him. The PA came in once and had not read her chart, and basically told her she just needs to deal with the pain.
A pain patch was incorrectly administered to her. The nurse attached the plastic wrapper of the patch to her, not the patch itself. Pushing the call button to tell them of this error went unanswered.
She needed a supply of fresh water daily, yet every time I checked, her water cup was from the night before or longer. No one checked to make sure she was even drinking it. She also had to remind staff several times a day that she was supposed to have a protein shake with each meal because she was too nauseous to eat the food.
I attended a Care Plan meeting and I felt as though I ran the meeting. Not one person out of 6 had suggestions toward her recovery. I was told she would need to go back to the hospital if she didn't get better soon.
PT and OT was random. Rarely was it daily, and if she was sleeping they would just move on to the next patient. No schedule was set up.
It was always difficult to find anyone that had any authority or answers. Calls were not returned. It was a ghost town most days.
So, once again, if you have a minor injury and want to spend a week in a nice room in a beautiful building, this is the place for you. However, if you have any co-morbidities and want to recover - STAY AWAY!

Steve is great to work with and also takes pride in doing repairs the right way. I caught a rock on the forward keel of my boat taking gel coat and fiberglass off exposing about 10" of fiberglass mat underneath. Steve came to my house, gave me a quote then repaired it on my lift. Great work, can't see where it was ever damaged. The only way I can be happier is by not hitting rocks.
