Nigel has been servicing my older system for the past few years, and I have grown to trust him. He explains everything, and not only knows his stuff, but takes pride in what he does. I just replaced my whole system, and installed a split a/c unit in a room that has been unbearably hot for years. I was told previously it couldn’t be done. I’m a single Mom running the show myself, and have encountered all types of vendors over the years. It’s rare that you find someone who really cares, and explains thoroughly what he’s doing. He always looks after my $$ too. I don’t feel oversold at all. Nigel is the best!!! Highly, highly recommend!!!
