Very warm and welcoming atmosphere. Of all the Orthodox churches in Jacksonville, I drive 45 minutes to St. Alexis. It's the only one where, as an English speaker, I have felt comfortable.

A humble monastic dwelling. Where monks or nuns live, it is a monastery.

Beautiful…a must see to visit. If your lucky you will hear the church bells ringing. Very clean, church is open.
