I should have read the reviews, quoted $149, then $280, when they showed it went to $540.00 and trying for another $300 for chemicals.
So lets look at my 750 gal septic tank which has a 6" cleanout pipe. so no digging, just drop the 4" hose in and pump out the tank. About 35 minutes to back in, pull the hoses, put them in the tank, drain the tank, put hoses away, write out an absurd invoice.

I'll be okay. He stated he'd driven it around and he got the air bubbles out the coolant. I was confident I could drive safe now. Boy was I wrong. 7 miles outside of Jacksonville my engine light started flashing and I heard gurgling. My engine overheated and it was getting dark. Terrified, I didn't know what to do. I immediately called him. Voicemail wasn't set up so I texted him. I was ignored. I was alone and stranded and missed my entire procedure. The next day, he still never bothered to call. It was the Florida state patrol that saved me and towed my truck in. The state mechanic told me there was no way anyone removed the air pockets from my coolant. I was deeply saddened and disappointed. I texted him again today to give him an opportunity to explain this. Still ignored. It was a $65 lesson in trust that I learned the hard way. I just marked them off my list and will find someone I can trust who doesn't just take my money and refuse to make it right. I will never go there again. The sad part is I respected them so much and wanted to support their business.

in the attic. He goes outside to check the unit. Comes back and says it's the capacitor and he swapped it out for a new one. The unit started up but a few hours later it stopped. I called B & L Heating & Air LLC and asked to send Joe back out to check the system. Whoever I spoke to mentioned to me that I should go to the attic and check the front cover. It might not have been placed back on properly. The cover wasn't placed on properly. I fixed it.
Since the last service on 7/31/23, in which Joe changed the capacitor the unit has not cooled to property correctly. The thermostat reads 72-73 but the bottom floor temperature registers at 80 like it has last few weeks.
This morning, 8/24/23, I called B & L Heating & Air LLC directly to see if they could send Joe out again to check the system. LANCE answered the call. Not sure if he's the owner, a manager, or a tech. Regardless, shame on him for handling the call the way he did. I explained to him everything and I heard him say "You have a Freon leak" to which I responded, "No, I don't have a freon leak", and "That's not what Joe told me the issue was". He then proceeds to tell me to "SHUTUP so that he can explain to me". He had stated that he said, "You may have a freon leak". That's not what I heard. When he told me to SHUT UP, I literally just laughed out loud. And then he told me to stop talking and proceeded with "Freon is a gas", to which I stopped him and said I know what freon is sir, I just want another tech to service tech.
His response was, find yourself another contractor. He doesn't deal with attitudes. Horrible.

. When dropping off the Ipad, they asked if I knew the passcode and I offered to call and get - they responded "that's OK" indicating it was not needed. They asked then if I was aware the screen would have to be removed to replace the battery and if cracked during this process I would be responsible. It would have been nice to have this information before I paid for the service earlier, but I rolled the dice. Received call a couple days later that the Ipad was ready and went in to pick the unit up- no cracked screen! Dropped Ipad off with Aunt only to find out screen was not working as the screen had dead spots. OK - it happens...Right, just take back and they can look at? Took unit back and they said any repairs were on me. I indicated the risk explained to me was around screen cracking during screen removal. I asked for the manager and he preceded to lecture me with an attitude on how this could have been an existing issue with the unit. Really? This is where this is going? I then inquired to ask what the protocol was when a device is brought in and how they test the unit. Manager opened up his magic white binder to let me know unit was DOA when brought in. I asked why would you have not plugged it in as it was only a battery issue? Manager responded that it was DOA did not have the code therefore testing was not done.
3 visits to location and receive 3 different stories as far as what the risks were around the battery installation and the screen. Basically any issue past the initial fix is on the customer and everything becomes my word against their word situation. I have socks older than the people - Zero customer service and focus on the customer.

At first I felt inconvenienced by thinking about finding a new practice after coming here for over 20 years. Now, with the current customer service and the convenience of telemedicine, I wouldn’t be surprised if this management team doesn’t make it here.

I have a 2002 Toyota 4runner with 215,000 miles. A couple of my friends recommended Garrard's when I told them how hard it's been to find a good, trustworthy mechanic to take care of my 4runner. I paid them to fix a leak in my roof and after a few weeks and heavy rains the roof leaked again and severely damaged my ceiling. The water (over time) saturated the sheet rock on the ceiling causing a partial collapse. The rain water entered the inside and damaged some furniture too.
After several unanswered calls, emails and texts, I was promised a partial refund check to cover damages and expenses.

Last summer the leaking roof was "supposedly" fixed and paid for.
By the time I realized that the roof was in fact NOT fixed it had caused extensive damage to the inside of my home, including furniture, I tried contacting the office and Nick via calls and texts and got nothing but the run-around, a bunch of excuses, a promise of a check to partially cover damages and expenses until finally I got no more answers, call backs or return messages.
2 months and 15+ calls and texts of waiting to get an answer or receive my promised check.
Meanwhile I had to contract (and PAY) someone else to repair the roof and another company to replace the sheet rock on the ceiling and paint!
Not only did they NOT fix the leaking roof but because they didn't it caused extensive interior damage!
I'm out a lot of money because of it and had a lot of hassle!
I gave them plenty of chances to make it right but instead, I got excuses, empty promises, get ignored and still have no refund check!
