, more effort was made to have me sign a waiver to release PTD from liability of damage to my property and the furniture being delivered than anything else. After three attempts to get my bookcase delivered by PTD, they damaged my newly refinished hardwood floors.
After 2 months of back forth with the owner of PTD, Kirk, and Southland Logistics (have no idea how they were involved) my claim to repair my hardwood floors was denied. They denied the claim based on the fact that I wanted to use my contractor to fix my floors and not their people. Really?!?!?! Can you imagine if PTD runs their business this way what type of repair people they would send to repair my floors?!?!?

When we tried to terminate our working relationship and have the vehicle transported home to finish repairs, Tony refused to release it. We finally had to enlist the aid of the Richmond Hills, GA, Police Department to get our vehicle back.
When we finally received the non-working vehicle from Tony, numerous parts and personal items were either missing or not returned. In total over $2000 in property was lost/stolen. Tony has refused to address any of the missing items.
In addition to being a Crook, it turns out that Tony is also an incompetent mechanic. My truck is now back in the shop undergoing $4400 of work correcting his bungled engine installation. It would appear that my decision to use Tony is the gift the keeps on taking!

I contracted Perimeter to update and enclose the back deck of my house. There were numerous problems, delays, and setbacks during the initial project, but I had no idea what was in store.

house. When we called Perimeter with our concerns, we were laughed at. They ended up sending someone out to take a look, and we were told all of the warping was completely normal. I begged to differ and kept after them. Two weeks went by, and they finally offered to send out an engineer the following week. Of course, the engineer never showed up.
At this point, I had an independent inspection done on my own dime. I won't even bother listing everything that was either done incorrectly (or not at all), because that would be a very extensive list - I will, however, mention the biggest issue that was uncovered: it turns out the deck was not even attached to my house. Read that part again. Yes, NOT attached to the house! So, what we had initially feared was correct. The deck was about to collapse.
After much debate, we agreed to let Perimeter try to remedy the situation. Over the course of the next 7 months, they attempted to repair everything and bring it up to code. During the process, they failed FIVE inspections. Five.
After giving Perimeter every opportunity to remedy this situation, I ended up hiring another company to fix the deck properly, and suing Perimeter in court for the costs and subsequent damages, which I won.
Perimeter is not only intentionally deceitful (they will try to push you into doing the job but not getting a permit), but also incompetent (FIVE failed inspections). The person in charge didn't know how to do several of the things the building inspector wanted him to. They sub-contract their work to unqualified people who do not know what they are doing. They lied to us on several occasions about several things.
Don't just take my word for it though. Look at the BBB complaints. Look at the Yelp reviews. Also, ask yourself why they choose to not display any reviews on their Facebook page.
Don't ever hire these grifters for anything. You'll regret it.

of a possible issue with my Giant Schnauzer after her first checkup. They dismissed it as “ridiculous”.
They didn’t have the paperwork available upon pickup of the puppy. Foolishly I left trusting them. 2 months later after asking, they finally arrived. To my shock the certificate says Blade and Skylar (my puppies parents) are BROTHER and SISTER from the SAME litter. They stated that that was an administrative error. REALLY! If you look closer it appears that Skylar and Blade’s parents were also brother and sister from same litter. This is “Inbreeding “ not “line breeding”. This practice increases the chance of your dog being a genetic cesspool. Which in lameness terms means vet bills and possible shorter life span.
Upon communication with other persons on a group message sent to me it appears that there is something shoddy if not shady with the collection of a $1,000 “Non refundable” deposit which goes to “THEIR” charity. They only recently lowered it to $100. There are persons who haven’t received their dog in almost 2 years. Ask yourself do you want to leave a “Non Refundable” deposit of any amount, and you are not put on an official list or given a #. And then find out that someone else gets one in 3 months after you’ve waited almost 2 yrs.
Hopefully it’s true that the Litter Certificate issue is an administrative error over 2 generations. Leading to countless #’s of inaccurate litter certificates having been issued by them. But my experience with them doesn’t allow me to take their word for it so I am in the process of getting my pup’s genetics tested and will update on her (COI) Genetic Coefficient of Inbreeding, and any other relevant information one might need when making a decision to patronize this seemingly wonderful business.
Learn lessons from my mistakes. The State of Georgia does not have any Pet Lemon Laws. So it is advised you get a contract upon placing a deposit. It could cover time “breeder“ has to produce a puppy before a “Full” refund of your deposit is warranted. Also a guarantee on the puppy’s “Genetics and Health”. Don’t make final payments without having papers in hand.
Understand that the AKC registration means nothing as far as “inbreeding” is concerned. They leave that up to the discretion of the breeder, and the expense and heartache of the puppy parent.
Research why “inbreeding” can be detrimental to puppies.

She made a lot of money off that raffle. It seems like she was trying to make as much money as she could, but she should have been trying to get those back orders out. Mr. Williams when I first had my car wreck back in July 2022, and from the first phone call I knew that I wanted to hire him. He was down to earth, and a great listener which made me very comfortable. 4. 3-4 months into the lease, without any notice, Dana permanently relocates our and other customers' ponies/horses out of the only stable to a small barn with only a covered roof. Parents were not pleased w/ the surprise.
5. I was sending our monthly dues to the address listed on the website and their email signature. After 2-3 months, they said their address is messed up w/ the post office somehow. Ok fine, but they were still upset w/ me and said I owed late fees. Haha what?
6. Btw, if you don’t own or lease, don’t go here. They look down on lesson riders and speak openly about not wanting to do lessons any more as if its beneath them. Said they “only do it for the money and will quit when they can.”
7. Dana highly encouraged us to purchase a saddle from a specific lady. The saddle costs $7800.00 and was used. It arrived by mail covered in hair and dirt. Seems odd. Hopefully, they received a kickback.
8. Lastly, I asked to meet to discuss many of these items, Dana shows up completely emotional and unable to control herself. I explained, I didn’t want to argue but hoped to resolve some of these issues. She could not speak without yelling and did this in front of other parents and children which was weird, but also in front of my daughter. I hated it so much for her as horses are her LIFE and this was a huge and strange issue for her to deal with.
Needless to say, this was the last straw, so we packed up that afternoon and found another home for my daughter to enjoy her passion.

I had the lawn mower, a professional carpet cleaner come in, and I even repainted the walls wherever there were small scuff marks. This house was absolutely perfect. I informed Norman that I'd be moving out 2 weeks before the end of the month and requested somebody come inspect the house. They said they'd send somebody, but they never did, they waited until the end of the month. Obviously, if you wait 2 weeks in GA, guess what's going to happen? The lawn is going to grow! Now, even though I spent a full solid week working on that house and left it perfect, and they kept my $1,000 security deposit, they placed a derogatory mark on my credit for $200. I have PERFECT credit outside of this remark, and it's impossible to get rid of because even though they lied and I have the pictures to prove it, they didn't sue me, they just put a mark on my credit. I promise you, there are so many other realty companies in Hinesville you can work with, don't destroy your credit for the year or two after you pcs because no matter how much work you put into the house and no matter how perfect you leave it, they're going to lie, they're going to screw you, and there's absolutely nothing you can do about it. If you ignore this warning and work with them anyways, you'll be the one writing this exact complaint after you leave, I promise. Claiming that they have been talking with the adjuster wondering when the final numbers will be in so they can get paid but never called me regarding this considering it’s my house and my items! Had I not called today I would have known nothing about this. Basically calling me a lair and telling me I made up him telling me my items will be returned immediately. I 100% will never recommend this company!
They also promised to put them back together that they broke down and possibly broke to pack up but we’ll see if that happens! I’m sure they won’t uphold their part of the contract.

, Named CRIS (MRI Technician), came and asked me to come inside. I went inside. The Guy led me the locker room then to MRI room, but while leading me there, he was talking too much, unnecessary and useless talks and was saying that he will heal me by his talks which works on molecular level (Which I don’t understand at all), and said he is going to cure me completely (which he can’t). He repeatedly said feel good feel good and you will be alright. When he took a breath, I asked him very politely, that if this is true then no need for MRI and doctor’s consultations, one should only think that He or She, is feeling good and he or she will be cured. No need for this costly MRI, CT scan etc. On this He became little upset but didn't reply to me. .... In MRI room he showed MRI machine and told me that "this machine will do MRI and also it is going to heal you". He said it has extra healing power. I heard this for the first time that MRI machine heals too!!!! . (. I didn't tell him that 'I am a Medical Doctor' back from India. I just kept quiet).
He placed me inside the MRI machine (all this time he was saying something something) and said it will take 12 minutes only. I didn’t say anything. He started the machine and left the room (I know that there is a window for them to see). Machine kept on working some time starts some time stopping, vibrating, making alarms et. after about 10-15 minutes machine stopped and it was making alarms again and again. I was left inside the machine for about 45-50 minutes, and during this time I called him many times but no response. After about 45-50 mnts. the door opened and he entered and rolled me out of the machine. He asked me are you feeling better now? I didn’t say anything, but asked his name and he said “Chris”. Then I asked him, very politely, that is this the procedure or policy that you leave the patient inside machine for 45-50 mints? And that was the time when he became very furious and started shouting on me in full volume, after wearing my shoes, I told him that I am a Medical Doctor, and know what MRI is and what is psychological healing and also what is “Befooling others” too, and then he started shouting and shouting (I don’t remember the words) and became so aggressive that I held my phone tightly for 911 call. Here the point to be noted that all this behavior was with a sick patient who came for MRI Brain..
I managed to walk slowly to the front desk. Told the front desk girls the whole event. They were shocked, and gave me manager’s number to talk. I called manager but got no response at that time.

she was a baby with her initial shots. I didn't believe it necessary since she is an inside cat and always has been. Besides when I initially put her on Revolution they did not make me get her a rabies shot. The 2nd reason was that she had been throwing up every day for almost a year. She had blood work done less than a year before and everything came back good. I tried changing her food and it got somewhat better, but she continued to throw up about 6 hours after a meal. Otherwise, she seemed perfectly fine. The Vet suggested several options. We tried the hairball gel first. Immediately following her initial visit and getting the Rabies shot, my baby went downhill. She wouldn't eat and went from 20 lbs to 11 lbs in a matter of weeks. We decided to do an Ultrasound which cost $600. The ultrasound was set up for the following Wednesday. She was found to have a mass in her stomach. Since she was 12 years old, I decided to just do palliative treatment. I had asked the vet what if we do nothing and she said that would be cruel. She recommended putting the cat on steroids immediately. She said that the steroids would make her get better and it would make her hungry and want to eat but that it would be just temporary. I picked up my baby that afternoon after the ultrasound and was sent home with steroids for 3 weeks and nausea meds if needed. My cat ate good the next morning (Thursday) but then wouldn't eat after that. I continued to give her the appetite stimulant to no avail. I used a syringe to give her water throughout the day. I also gave her the nausea medication. I had left a message on their voicemail on Saturday after hours. My baby passed away on Sunday just 4 days after the Vet visit and ultrasound with no pain medication (talk about cruel). The Veterinarian nor their office returned my call left that weekend. It's been over a month now and no one from their office has called for a follow up. They do not know my baby passed away and evidently, they don't care. I had high hopes for this establishment and was let down immensely .

Contracted with this company to tear down and replace a 2 story deck on 9/20/22. Construction seems to be of a good quality. This company lacks good communication, they will take days to respond to texts, calls and emails regarding the status of the job. They will not advise which days they will show back up to work to complete the work unless one keeps texting

and calling. They also overorder supplies of which we did get credit, but the credit was not exactly equal to what was to be returned. Job site is left a mess during the construction process as well as after completion. Bolts, Screws, Nails, Plastic and Metal Shavings, as well as large wood pieces were left imbedded in the grass, leaving it for the home owner to clean up. This could have been avoid if they would have used a few tarps or just walked the jobsite each day. They also hid chunks of the old concrete pad behind landscaping which we have to move to the junk pile.
I would not recommend this company, but if you will use them, do not pay all the labor upfront, watch the supply ordering, and keep on them regarding the communication and job site clean up.

. We paid this man, and he left my backyard and my neighbor's yard a mess with tree trunks and debris everywhere. He cut everything down and left the trees wherever they fell, which was my neighbor's backyard.
We had to hire another company to remove and clean everything up. Johnathan has been served papers. This man is not professional at all. If you hire this man be very cautious, and this will be at your own risk.
And, Jonathan do not say you have never done any work for me or met me! I'm hip to that game. You used the photos I took of you to promote your tree removal business on TikTok and Facebook. The proof is there!
I want my money back! You only did half the work and took our money and left. We are first time home buyers and you made this first time experience a nightmare. You promised to clear my backyard so it would be usable. All we wanted was more space to add grass so our little one had more space to play and enjoy her new home.

I am SOOOOOO glad that I called Don for a 2nd opinion because a previous guy had told me that a part needed to be replaced, but that the part was now obsolete/no longer available (because of the age of the refrigerator)!!! Thanks to Don's knowledge, we were able to keep the refrigerator....it is working like new! Don (and Josh!) are very honest, efficient, and know what they are doing!!!!!!!!!!
