    For a routine maintenance check of a year-old AC system installation, the technician was on time, thorough, and clearly communicated everything he was checking. Much appreciated!

    Austin Anderson was very professional, keeping us informed of his findings as he did his work. We are grateful they sent someone out within 48 hours, as temperatures are over 90 right now. Glad to sign up for service program which Austin explained without high sales pressure.

    Ronnie sent a photo text ahead of arrival and called to let me know he was on his way. Very polite and professional and able to deal with my two dogs. He was thorough with checking on the outside and inside units. So happy to have purchased the preventative maintenance agreement. I highly recommend this company.

    I was anxious making such a big purchase with my new hvac system, however, Tara made me feel like I made the right decision. She took the time to walk me through what system I needed and what my options were. On the night of my purchase, one of the managers, Mike, made a point to drop off lender window units, even after regular business hours closed, so my son and I could be comfortable in our home prior to the scheduled installation.     UPDATE 01/22/2022 Had to call this morning to ask for help with a new problem that popped up last night. Air Treatment was great, they responded promptly and sent Ridge over to help me with the issue. These guys are the best. Was concerned about going through another night with temps in the teens, but now its ok. Can't say enough about their customer care!

    They responded to my call for assistance promptly and Ridge did a great job to get my furnace running again Outstanding service

    My husband noticed a problem with our heat pump. We called Air Treatment. Austin came out and checked the system. It took a while to find the problem because it was an intermittent problem. Air Treatment had the part needed and two days later we are back up and running

    Super hot weather and AC barely working. Called at 4:50pm and technician arrived before noon next day. Answered all?s and gave helpful advice. Been a very satisfied Air Treatment customer for several years.
