We had all of our siding and windows replaced with Triad installations. Paul did a great job from helping us design our project to overseeing it to completion. He was on site many times to make sure that everything was progressing as planned. When we did run into structural challenges with our house he helped to find solutions. Bryan and his installation team did a great job and were on time, polite, and followed through to make sure that the outcome was what we wanted. We chose to use Triad Installations to replace the siding on our house. Honestly, I was hesitant to use them because I didn’t know anyone personally who had experienced them. But I cannot brag on Paul enough! Him and his team completely exceeded our expectations. Paul kept us updated every step of the way, gave us a much better quote than competing companies, and got the job done so much faster than we could have imagined. It’s very evident he takes pride in his company, and we will be using the m again for future projects. If you’re on the fence about choosing them, 100% do it. We just had our vinyl siding replaced by Triad Installations a few weeks ago. We are extremely pleased with the outcome! The team was friendly, thorough, and did exactly what they said they would do. They also did an excellent job of cleaning up after themselves when they were done.

Also, a couple weeks after install we noticed issues with two planks that had flaws from the manufacturer (not the fault of Triad Installations). We called them and they quickly returned to replace those planks for us (we had a couple extra boxes of siding on-hand from ordering extra). … – show

Paul Garner with Triad installations came out in the summer and did my roof. We just had a major storm and my roof leaked from a tree limb. Paul came out immediately and fixed it. He also sprayed my ceiling at no charge. What a wonderful wonderful company to have do your roof! I would recommend them to anyone!

These guys did a great job on my new roof and gutters. They were quick and efficient, but didn’t cut any corners. I would definitely recommend them.

Robert and Paul were very professional. They were very punctual and very careful to explain all that would be involved in the process. The workmen were also extremely accommodating and never even took a break. I’m very thankful that I found this company after I researched all the other window companies, and they lived up to their reputation. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing window replacement.

We are very satisfied with our experience with Triad Installations. Paul and Robert came by to discuss vinyl siding with us. They made the whole process very easy. We were able to pick a date for the following week, and it only took two days to have it completed. The crew was very professional and did a fabulous job. We are very happy. Where do I begin? Working with Paul and Robert, along with their team, went way above and beyond my expectations. From the estimate process (sorry about the downpour) to how quickly they moved to installation, I could not be happier. Talk about underpromise and overdeliver! We signed the contract on Monday and my siding was finished by Saturday afternoon. The crew was awesome and everything was done to perfection. Paul came with them the first day and made sure to keep us updated on the process. Once the job was complete, Paul and Robert came again to make sure everything was good.

I could go on about how professional everyone was. How well they cleaned up, how great the communication was, etc. but it would be a novel. I will definitely refer Triad Installation to anyone who asks! … – show

I scheduled a roof inspection and estimate for a replacement of my roof. Paul came out, greeted my husband and I. Walked around my house with my husband for approximately 3 minutes, pointing out the problems with my roof and then stated, “I CAN'T HELP YOU MAN”. Then he referred my husband to another roofing company and said, “THEY COULD PROBABLY HELP YOU BETTER THAN I COULD.” WOW!!!!!!!!!!!! REALLY!!! I am still trying to understand what just happened and why? I assumed companies were in the bus iness to make money and not give it to someone else. So sad smh.... This world just gets better and better each day. … – show

This company is awesome!! Our HOA gave us a deadline with a very short window of time to replace our vinyl siding. Triad Installation was able to send sales representatives over first thing Monday morning. The foreman was also able to come by to make his assessment. Triad Installation offered us a great estimate and were able to secure the materials Tuesday morning so they were able to start working that day. They replaced all the siding on our home in 2.5 days! We asked them to come back to re pair our back deck. We highly recommend Triad Installations!! … – show

We have used many contractors over the years. Some good some not but we have never been happier with a contractor than we are with Triad Installations!! They do what they say they’ll do when the say they will and do it right! Clean up was neat and so complete after a complete roof job was done. They even came a few days before they promised and that’s a first! Thanks so much to Paul and Robert! Paul called all thru the day to be sure we were happy with everything!
