    I visited Diadem's very elegant store today only to have a new battery installed in my wrist watch. The staff and owner were so welcoming and professional. I rarely patronize jewelry stores but it was such a pleasure today that I just might have to make an exception. I do highly recommend!!

    The prices are reasonable and they did a wonderful job repairing my bracelet. It's seamless you can't tell where the original break was in the jewelry. Thank you!

    A delight to shop in this store; friendly, polite, and professional sales staff. They are eager to help with the smallest item and are wonderful repairing old jewelry. They are THE BEST at designing your jewelry items and I find their costs are affordable.

    Royal Diadem resized a watch and repaired my engagement ring. The service was quick and friendly, the pricing and time estimate was transparent, and I got my jewelry back sparkling clean. They showed my my ring under a microscope, and verified the number of the diamond and the repairs so I could have peace of mind when I picked it up.

    All of the staff was very nice and knowledgeable and the jeweler did a great job fixing my ring! They communicated through the whole process as well.

    At Royal Diadem, I was immediately welcomed to the store. I had a simple transaction, a watch battery replacement, but Mr. Wilson took the time to explain the warranty and options.

    Awesome value, selection, much more than a jewelry store. They can do all repairs as well as design or use your own design to create beautiful masterpieces. Customer service is like dealing directly with a close family member. Worth the drive from Winston-Salem and surrounding communities. A true Christian business in every way.

    Royal Diadem Jewelers is by far the best jewelers store I have ever set foot in. Not your cookie cutter jewelry store, everything there has character to it. The staff is very friendly, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. This is the only jewelry store I plan to us in the future.

    I went in to get my engagment ring looked at, the employees were amazing. Super thorough and friendly. Pick up was easy and went under the scope again to ensure I had my diamond. We will be back for a custom piece for sure.

    Very welcoming the moment I walked through the door! I needed a watch battery and Kathy fixed me up very quickly! I had a few moments so found some pieces for my “wish list”. Kathy was so friendly and had creative ideas, all with no sales pressure at all!!
