Hahahahahahaha! This place is so disorganized, it's comical at this point. Between trying to file an Asurion claim, being told to meet their Asurion Rep, who when my husband arrived at the store after traveling from 30 minutes out of town, the Rep wasn't there. Upon getting the device back from Asurion fixed and then realizing our power cord was left at this location and then, bring told they cannot find the power cord after a worker told my husband differently on the phone the day before. I had brought my phone in and they fixed it and not once said to that there was a 1 year warranty on my screen that they can’t do nothing about about it

  Lena, I cannot find your name as listed in this review in our system, is it under a different name? We do provide a one year warranty on parts and labor but not if it's damaged again. Also,if the repair was done under your insurance, you would have to file the warranty request under the insurer, again additional damage is not covered under a warranty as that voids any warranty. I also see you only give One star reviews and find that bit strange.

Let me start by saying these folks are 110% Genuine! They are always busy and there maybe a short wait time, but I surely do not mind b/c Mike and his crew are the best at repair work. They are very professional, reasonably priced, trustworthy, and just down right Geniuses. Also, my husband is a Computer Frensics Detective for Greensboro Police Dept. and he sends them work that he can't do himself. That should speak volumes. Excellent! I filled an estimate form out, online and was informed that the repair would cost over $300. However at the end of the email the company included that samsung was currently currently running a $99 screen repair promo, and instructed me on how to access the promo. Using the promo I was able to get my phone repair completed for $105 and that included taxes. Everyone that I spoke to at the shop was very helpful. I was able to drop my phone off during my lunch and picked it up after my w ork day ended. … – show

Had to wait another week because the manufacturer sent a bad replacement battery for my phone and now I have not had time to get back to get it installed.

Great experience

I’ve been serviced at this location twice for Samsung galaxy S10 phone. What they do is they put a new screen protector on every 6 months or so for only 20 bucks! And the crazy thing is they do it better than so called “superior” expensive protectors. The technician always takes extra care to do an edge to edge protector (that I specifically requested) as the S10 has a curved screen. And my phone looks new every time they do it! Very friendly, great price and good at what they do.

The sad part is a u break ifixit opened up in Winston but they don’t do screen protectors…. I’m baffled as that store is so much closer and convenient for me. Thanks to whoever owns this one for doing it right. The only negative I can find about this store is I live an hour away from it

Edit: 2022 and I’m still having great service. They messed up my phone protector but were extremely nice about replacing it and I felt very heard. They did an amazing job to fix it and the phone looks brand new again. Very good attitudes on display by the staff. … – show

Amazing service from the moment I went in until my phone was fixed. They ordered my parts and within days they where in. Took my phone in the morning had it back a few hours later. These guys are professional and absolutely have great customer service. Highly recommend
