    The two young men who arrived to clean our carpets were so nice, friendly, and professional. They called to let me know they were on their way, and arrived well within the time frame allotted. The cleaned carpets look beautiful. We are so pleased, and will continue to use Zimmerman for all of our cleaning needs. The total cost came in lower, as well.

    EXCELLENT SERVICE!!! We had Zimmerman's come out to clean the carpets and tile in our office. Our used to be black grout in the restrooms is so white some of our employees thought we had the tile replaced!!!! They were very easy to work with, worked around our schedule and even came as quickly as we needed them to. We will definitely be using them in the future for both of our locations. Also, the spot cleaner they use and have provided us is AMAZING!!!!

    Associate arrived on time. I had five areas to be cleaned…two area rugs, one hall runner, one entrance rug and 15 step staircase.
    Very professional cleaning with great results and in a relatively short amount of time.
    Questions answered fully.
    Recommend Zimmerman Carpet Cleaners. We have used their service for over twenty years and recommend them to my friends.

    Excellent service! I checked reviews before trying and brought the rugs to them because we do not live in the area. One rug had no cat urine and one did. Did get the urine out with the special process! I highly recommend! Very nice and professional!

    My decorator recommended Zimmerman as the best in town to clean my white crypton couch. They did a great job getting stains out of the couch and teaching me how to do it when they occur between cleanings! My area rugs look great too! Very, very nice folks.

    Our Church porch was sprayed by skunk which got under the door and into sanctuary. We tried everything for almost 4 weeks to get rid of it. Zimmerman treated and in 24 hrs. completely gone. Recommend this non toxic order removal, makes area smell fresh and clean.

    They did a great job with the old carpet in the house I just moved into. They were very professional & courteous and through. Now the grands can play on the carpet.

    Most honest company I have ever done business with. We had 5 rugs in their shop for cleaning and they were returned today. The rugs look beautiful as they always do a great job. When my partner Barry was paying the bill the tech informed us that all owed was the charge for pick up and delivery. While our rugs were in their shop a water incursion incident occurred
    Insurance paid for cleaning all rugs. I am amazed at their exceptional customer service

    The folks at Zimmerman's did a great job! Carpets and rugs all turned out clean and fresh. The person delivering the rugs even assisted in placing a rug under a king size bed, which was no small feat! Honest people, great service!!!

    We have two dogs, one is 12-years old with a urinary track issue that makes it impossible for her to control when and where she relieves herself. Unfortunately, she's developed a preference to go to the bathroom on a large expensive area rug in our living room.

    Over several months we spot cleaned the rug almost daily…even tried a an in-home carpet cleaning service. Doing this, we were able to pretty much get the stains out, but over time, the smell of urine never went away. As a result, d     … – show

    Caleb did an excellent job! He was on time and his work was meticulously completed and only took about an hour and a half. We are very happy with how our sectional turned out!
