We love the warmth of the staff and feel like Daisy is always loved and taken care of while at camp. We also love how she gets to play to her heart's content and gets all the exercise she needs while staying and playing there. She always comes home happy, calm, relaxed and ready to rest which is just what we like to see!

Taking our puppy here for socialization experiences. She was getting bored just looking at us all day. Now she comes home exhausted from all the activity! Employees seem to really love the dogs.

Camp Bow Wow Greensboro came highly recommended to us from a dog trainer, and it has not disappointed! We love that we can trust that our dog will be cared for while we're away and that she has a fun and safe place to play with other dogs. The walk-in hours are super convenient for daycare. I especially love that there are no breed restrictions! Francie at the front desk is absolutely amazing! She always remembers my dog's name, no matter how long it's been since our last visit. Your dog will be well taken care of and have loads of fun at Camp Bow Wow!… – show

This is the only place I will ever board my dogs again. My husband and I have been boarding our 2 terriers here for close to a year now and our dogs always come home happy and healthy. But it was our most recent experience here that’s guaranteed we will never trust the care of our dogs with any other facility. The staff truly knows our pups and when my older Westie wasn’t acting like his usual self, the staff didn’t hesitate to call me with their concerns. After making some adjustments and he still wasn’t acting himself, the staff called me back and suggested his emergency contact take him to the vet just to be sure. When my emergency contact couldn’t make it there right away, the staff didn’t hesitate. Joanna was a GODSEND and personally took my baby to the vet and waited there until my emergency contact to get there. I am SO thankful because it turned out my little man had a chronic underlying health condition that we never knew existed and required multiple days of ER hospitalization. Not only did the staff call me every day to check in to see how my pup was doing, they took special care of our other terrier who was still at camp while his brother was in the hospital. These folks TRULY care for all the dogs there and get to know each and every pup that comes through their doors. We are forever grateful for the care and love the staff here has extended to our family and cannot recommend this place more. It’s in times of crisis that matter the most and I cannot express how grateful I am to Joanna and all the staff members here. We cannot recommend this place enough, they are truly wonderful people who will do anything for the pups in their care!… – show
Christi Valone, we are so happy to read such a great review about Camp Bow Wow Greensboro! We are so proud of our team for their quick response on Friday and noticing that George was not himself, and getting him medical attention right away! We hope George is feeling better, and we can't wait to have him & Fidget back at Camp with us! Thanks again for the recommendation, and have an amazing day!

Porter seems to enjoy his time there. Love how easy it is to book and that daycare is included. I wish there were boarding packages though, with the price increase it's pretty expensive.
Hello Emma Vilagos, we appreciate you taking the time to leave us this feedback.

The things we like best about Camp Bow Wow in Greensboro is that we don't have to worry about our dog, Bentley, when we board him with Camp Bow Wow. We also like being able to open the app and see what Bentley is doing. We know Bentley has fun while he's at Camp Bow Wow because he comes home exhausted from playing, and naps on and off for three (3) straight days. We also like the fact that the staff cares about Bentley, and lets his food stay with him until the following morning because he usually won't eat until 10:30 or 11:00 at night! We're very grateful that we found Camp Bow Wow, (we're located in Burlington) and don't mind the drive with Bentley because he loves to ride in the car.… – show

Camp Bow Wow is my go-to for doggie day care! My dog, Maddie, is on the shy side and my husband and I really liked how they introduced her on her very first stay. She isn't super playful with the other dogs, but she looks comfortable and loves the counselors! We tried Petsuites before and because she was acting nervous and shy, they put her in a separate space from the other dogs where she was alone all day, except for short visits from the staff. So we decided to give Camp Bow Wow a try and were very pleased! Also, we love watching the pet cams!… – show

Unhelpful staff. Inattentive counselors. Don’t sacrifice your dogs to this place. Go somewhere they actually love dogs.
Hey Tiffany, thanks for barking back at us! We truly appreciate Parent feedback of all kinds. Even if it has a bite to it.
All 200 Camp Bow Wow locations nationwide have strict regulations regarding properly separating Dogs into appropriately sized Play Packs. We do this by weight. Each CBW franchise has to abide by this and we are tightly monitored. We do this for the safety of all of the Dogs in our Packs. We are very sorry that we could not place both of your Pups together in a common Pack. They obviously love each other and we completely understand the request. It was just something that we could not safely do.
We saw online that you gave another Dog Care place a excellent review. Pawsome!! We are happy that your regular place is taking great care of your babies.
We understand your disappointment that we could not put your Dogs together. For their safety we will take your harsh criticism. But the comment about us not loving Dogs? Way off the mark. We wish you and your Pups an incredible life.… – show

I wish I could give zero stars. The only pro i have for this place is that the guy at intake is nice and they kept my pup alive. I took my puppy for the evaluation. I let the guy at the front desk know that he's only 5 months and I mainly want him to be able to socialize with other dogs since he's only ever around humans for the most part. He was nice and took my baby back. About 45min — 1 hr later I see him just laying in a room with no toys all alone. I called and of course noone answered. I left a voice mail asking if that was normal for him to be in the room that long alone and if they'd bring in another dog, not a single person called me back although they clearly listened to the vm because the guy told me that his manager said to let me know that was normal when I came to pick my pup up. I was at an appointment or I would've saved my pup from the torture sooner. They had another dog come in that room with him for less than 30 min as I took screenshots the entire time. So they left my dog in a room alone for about 3 hrs. I was told at pickup that there were no dogs his size there on that day (hes only 6lbs) which is understandable and i want him to be safe. What isnt acceptable is them not just telling me to reschedule for a day when theyd have dogs his size. If i wanted him to be alone the entire time i couldve left him at home. When I walked in he was crying and sounded like he was in distress. There is no way I'd ever bring him back to this place
Edit: the owner is a freaking liar. Like I said before I've screen recorded and have photos of my puppy being alone a majority of the time. He was also crying like he was in distress when I came to pick him up.… – show
Thank you for your feedback Valerie, we truly appreciate it. We apologize that we did not meet your expectations. With Camp Bow Wow, we are required to separate our play yards by size, this is for the safety of all dogs. Since Gus is 6 pounds, we were required to place him in our teacup room which ranges from 1 pound to 10 pounds. Unfortunately, we do not received many teacups at our facility and we do not require daycare reservations. Therefore we give our teacup dogs 50% off boarding and daycare because we can not guarantee that they will be able to socialize with other pups. We also went back and reviewed our cameras for the teacup room. Our employees did go in and out of the room to play with Gus. We also rotated a few dogs in the room with Gus. As for the toys, we are not allowed to utilize them on the day of the interview. We apologize that we did not communicate correctly and we will be using this feedback to help improve our team. We are dog people who are continually working on our people skills. We truly wish you and Gus the best in finding a doggy daycare that suite your needs.… – show

We have always been very pleased with the love and attention Leo receives all during the day. The fact that he has not had to spend every day in a cage but is allowed to play with other dogs is also so important to us.
