This is a spacious clean professional place to leave your dog. Doggy daycare worked out great for my pup.

My 4 dogs have been here for daycare & boarding. They absolutely love it! The team here is personable, communicative, responsive, and helpful. I appreciate how hard this team works and how much they care!

We recently left our Ellie (mini dachshund) in the caring hands of the folks at Pet Suites for almost two weeks. When we picked her up she looked happy, healthy and well cared for. The folks at pet suites gave her the attention she demands (lol) and loves to get. It was difficult to leave her for so long but now I will never have concerns again as I have seen first hand how well they care for our fur babies. Me and my fur baby are soo thankful for everyone at Petsuites! We’ve been coming here for over 2 years now and it has been a great experience ever since. They really are amazing and care for the pets as if they are their very own.

Our pets were fed & watered every day and received some petting and/or play time during the week. However we were very disappointed that when we turned over our puppy for boarding she (and her bedding) were clean. When we recovered her, both stank of urine.

We boarded our dog there for 6 days while away for vacation. It is well staffed, clean, the kennel spaces are very adequate for the size of the dogs. Your pup can get time to play. It's open and spacious. We didn't worry about our baby. We also looked a few other good boarding kennels, but PetSuites was clearly the best in our minds.

A nice clean home away from home for my dog Bear! The staff is always super nice and friendly. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is the last few times I’ve tried to book, they are always at capacity but the understanding that it was holiday’s as well. Other than that, we thoroughly enjoy PetSuites.

We were so very pleased with the staff
at Greensboro Pet Suites. We were visiting NC and wanted to have a dinner with our cousins but didn’t want to eat outside like we had be doing our entire visit (90 degree temp). We were nervous leaving our year old Puppy. However once walking into the great space and super welcoming staff all our concerns disappeared. Will definitely bring her back.

PetSuites is truly amazing. I like that they are a one-stop shop for your daycare, obedience/behavior training/classes, grooming and they even take pictures and provide daily report cards. I honestly feel like my Son is a human boy in preschool. It’s quite exciting and Princeton even went swimming one day! Grateful for the entire team!

There’s never a bad time at PetSuites! My dog always comes home happy and exhausted from playing (bonus for us!) the staff is amazing, I don’t know how they manage to remember nearly EVERY dogs name, chat with the owners, tell us about their services, handle phones ringing off the hook, and still make sure our fur babies are feeling loved. We tried three boarding/daycare places before this and we don’t plan on switching now!

This was my 8 year old dog’s first time boarding and I was extremely anxious about it. The staff were all super friendly and helpful at putting my mind at ease. I chose the package in which they sent me photos of my pet each day — I highly recommend this!
Thank you to the staff at PetSuites, Grizzly’s visit was very smooth and he had a great time!

I was unsure about sending my baby out to a large scale pet boarding place solely for boarding (not the vet) and I knew it would definitely be more money — but I loved the huge kennels and the one-on-one time and the option to have playtime during the day with other dogs (or not) and access to a pool and how it is open 7 days a week from 6 am to 8 pm, with drop off/pickup any time during that! They administered her meds and let me know when I got there to pick her up — how much they loved her :) She had a wonderful experience and came back with no issues. Since this was her first time away from home, they answered my texts promptly and kindly to let me know that she was doing great. Petsuites was awesome and I will definitely send her back again in the future. … – show

Our dog’s first stay seemed to go really well. We were excited to go back until we were told our dog could not stay there because she didn’t have a canine influenza vaccine. We were super disappointed. We just took her to the vet the day before to get all of her required shots and vaccinations and brought proof of them. However were not aware of this extra one. We told our vet we had to board her the next day and she gave us all the ones you need. Today we were trying to drop her off because had a flight the next morning and everywhere was closing we were just left stranded and had no where for our dog to stay. It was super frustrating. I Would have liked it to be more clear that we had to get this extra vaccine. The first time we went we just signed a waiver an there was no problem but we were told we can’t do it a second time? I understand you want all of the pets to be safe and so do I but I feel like this could have been avoided. We would have happily got the vaccine if we knew it was required ahead of time. You shouldn’t wait to tell us it’s required till we are checking our dog in and we can’t do anything about it before our flight. We had to rush around and call around everywhere that was still open and no one else required this vaccine. Sorry but we will not be back. … – show

Super pleased with how friendly and attentive staff are — I feel more like I'm dropping our pup off with friends than a boarding facility. I appreciate the level of temperament assessments needed prior to make sure it's a good fit for everyone involved.

I am very annoyed with the care my 2 fur babies received. I packed a nice bag that included their favorite treats and 1 bone each so they would have something to help keep them occupied. After 4 days they has not received any of their favorite treats or bones. Additionally, it is quite apparent they both had baths obviously because they were urine and/or poop soaked. Xen’s Soresto collar was in the side pocket of her bag instead of around her neck. I sent favorite treats, bone and toy so th ey would have familiarity of home! Thanks for nothing! … – show
