I have been going to Dreams Studio for a little over 2 years now. Very pleased with Fermina’s excellent massages. She has “angel hands.” Recently she recommended I try a Lymphatic Massage. This wrecking service just shows up after a wreck. Don't know if the police call them of what or if they are like ambulance chasers but instead of being lawyers, they check and watch for accidents. The only advantage is how fast they load up your vehicle so you can't ask questions like the costs of tow etc.

just showed up at the accident site. I did not call them. The next morning, I went to pay the bill and discovered I was charged $1,491.96 to tow my vehicle 10 miles. I went to a local tow service here in Denison Texas and showed them the bill. They were shocked this company ripped us off so bad. They said they would have charged $250 to $300.

I expected to receive the estimate or at least an acknowledgment of my inquiry. Frustratingly, 5 days passed by without receiving the promised estimate. I reached out via SMS again, asking if the estimate has been completed. I received a reply with the excuse that there was a football game and that they had to leave town, etc but that the estimate would be worked up and sent promptly. Eight more days passed without any contact from them.
Another text message was sent for another follow-up. The message was delivered and read by the recipient but still no answer or acknowledgement whatsoever.
Now, I understand that businesses can get busy, but this level of neglect and lack of professionalism is inexcusable. It left me questioning whether they truly value their customers or are capable of providing the services they claim to offer.
I had high hopes of working with MTD Lawn Care, Inc. but the utter lack of communication has completely soured my opinion of them. If a company cannot even respond to a simple inquiry, how can they be trusted to deliver on their promises for a more complex project?
I strongly advise potential customers to think twice before engaging with MTD Lawn Care, Inc. and select a company that actually seems to care about potential customers.
Based on my experience, their lack of responsiveness raises serious doubts about their commitment to customer satisfaction on the whole. There are many other businesses out there that prioritize their customers and their needs.
In conclusion, my interaction with MTD Lawn Care, Inc. has been incredibly disappointing, and I would caution anyone considering their services to proceed with extreme caution. the lug nut was stolen. Keep in mind, the missing lug nut is the "wheel lock nut" (see other tire for reference). Therefore, that would be literally the only lug nut that someone cannot steal. Also even if they tried, why would they take just one and not the others? Refusal of accepting basic logic implies that the shop owner simply does not care to ensure any quality of care.
We didn't ask for much here. We did not even ask for a refund for the poor service provided, although that would have been fair to request. All we asked for was for them to retighten the remaining lug nuts just in case any were loose. However, the owner denied this simple request because he refused to acknowledge that this was their fault.

Once there Mohammed gave me the part and i immediately noticed the hinges to connect to the main mirror were broken off. I asked him what could i do and he said i can make a report in which we did that same day. The next day I received a call from Manager Caden in which he said they reviewed the footage and the part blew off at the end when the dryers were drying the car so the part was probably broken already. I told Caden i would like to review the footage as that is impossible as the part was not broken to begin with.
Caden told me i had 2 options, 1. to go through my insurance to request the footage (which i am not as my deductible would be more than what that part would cost) or 2. Write an e-mail through their website and request the footage for a fee. After i hung up with Caden i sent an email for the footage, that was July 3rd. Yesterday since i did not hear back at all i called and left a vm and sent another email.
I get a call today July 26th from Mike stating that he received an e-mail from higher ups to tell me that the only way to view the footage is to go through my insurance. What cowardice to hide behind an employee instead of calling me and doing things the right way. What a shame on this Company, its service and its management.

However, after the work was done and paid for, we found that Carmean Electric is not a licensed contractor and is not licensed to do electrical work in the city of Springfield. During the conversation, Curtis was extremely combative and told us he would not do anything to rectify the situation. He said even if we took him to court and won, he would not rectify the situation. 1. HSR managed the property I lived at for over 11 years and never did 1 walkthrough of the property. I got on the Board of Directors for the Association in December

2022. During that time, I started working with the property contractors and discovered that our retention pond/fountain was filled with mud. After doing a walkthrough with the contractor, he admitted that he hadn't spoken to HSR in over 9 years since they were originally hired. If HSR would've done a proper walkthrough of the property, they would have clearly seen the mud in the retention pond/fountain. This contractor was getting paid for at least 9 years to just come and turn on the fountain at the same time every year and never did any maintenance on the retention pond. HSR was just paying the contractor all those years and never did a walkthrough of the property.
2. HSR charges are excessive for closing documents. They have a Closing Fee Schedule that is not provided to the properties they manage and is not written within their contract. They attempted to charge me $825 for some documents (paid assessment letter, 22.1 disclosure, meeting minutes, budgets and association governing documents), which is more than the monthly fee to manage the property I lived at. It is a total rip off because all documents are sent electronically and doesn't require that much work. In the end, after disputing the $825 charge with them, they still charged me $700 for some electronic documents. Even while trying to dispute the charges, Debbie Bobis stated she had already finished the work and wouldn't answer any more of my questions. I should get a full days worth of answered questions for $700. The nerve! This was also a rip off because the Closing Fee Schedule was never disclosed to me as a homeowner. I had most of the documents they charged me for.
3. Their Property Managers are not knowledgeable in any of the Illinois Condominium Property Act (IDFPR) regulations and laws, therefore were not able to manage the property correctly or provide any advice to the Board of Directors of the Association. The lack of knowledge and professionalism from their Property Managers has caused many of problems in my old community including the following:
a. Homeowners paying the wrong assessment amounts due to
improper percentage of ownership calculations
b. Yearly budget being calculated incorrectly
c. No maintenance being done on common elements such as
balconies due to HSR telling homeowners for years they were
responsible for the maintenance only to find out that was not
true 11 years later
d. Unable to answer homeowners emails appropriately due to lack of knowledge or failed to respond in a
timely manner
e. Lack of communication when there is scheduled maintenance. One time they scheduled work to be done on the roof and none of the homeowners in my old building were notified. We were
awakened by people walking on the roof at 7 AM.
f. Will talk down on concerned homeowners to the Board of
Directors of the Association. In one email, Debbie Bobis even called me "futile".
When did it become appropriate to talk down on a concerned
homeowner that is a paying customer?
g. Attempted to improperly impose a special assessment on the homeowners without following the correct procedures according to the IDFPR
h. Attempted to increase the associations yearly budget by 115%
These are just a few of the problems I faced with HSR over the years. I can highlight so many more reasons why I would give them 0 stars. Save yourself a headache and find another property management company because HSR is not a good one! If you hire HSR, you might as well take your money and throw it down the drain. They will suck your association and homeowners dry of money without quality work.

So, I went back in today to ask nicely for a refund of just the lash portion. I was very polite and asked quietly since there were patrons waiting for a service. When I asked about this, with my left-over lashes in an envelope she looked at me like was asking for her life. She asked me "I don't understand" I replied that I would like a refund for the lashes, she said that she needed to call her boss. Of course, this was a ploy tactic. She then called her boss and started speaking in her native tongue. I just knew how this was going to go. She got off the phone and told me that he said NO. I then explained that I wanted to speak to him, she did call back and spoke again in her language, I requested that they speak English. They did and he informed me that no refund would be given. I gave him the opportunity to just refund for just the lashes. ($27) and if he didn’t do this I would just go to my bank and do a chargeback for the charge of $44.00. So, I'm sure you know how this story ends. Will be making a call to my bank in the morning.

I found Nationwide Box Truck Sales through a website we agreed upon a price of $60000 for the truck that I wanted. I was given the delivery date of June 9th.
