Let me preface this by saying I rarely ever leave a review, and am not a “Karen”. This is a true and honest experience everyone must read before choosing this company.
This has been one of the absolutely worse experiences of my life.
Phase 1:
After dropping my car off, I received no status updates for over a week; in which I reached out to be looped into daily status updates (manually)

. Due to this dealers “relationship” with Tesla dealers, it took over a month for my car to be “repaired”. After receiving my car back, it was clear that there were significant and unsafe mechanical issues that were still occurring. For instance, when I would break on the interstate, my vehicle would skip and not stop as intended - almost caused another accident!! Then, before calling the company to report this, they actually emailed me exclaiming that they forget to place a safety sticker under my hood. Now, I live over 1.5 hours away from this location, am missing a safety sticker, almost caused a pileup on the interstate on the way home, and speak to Sam; who gave me a 100% guarantee the car is safe to drive. (Lol). When I return home, I inspect my car further, to see a dent exactly where the accident occurred - in a very specific location that I pointed out to Sam the same day I dropped my car off.
Phase 2:
Sam informed me he would put in a request for the additional repairs with my insurance and all would be okay. 8 days later I receive a call from my insurance interrogating me and declining Sam’s appeal. 30 minutes later, I receive an email from Sam saying NOTHING more than “our request was denied, you’ll need to take this up with your insurance. Good bye.” So here I am with an illegal to drive vehicle, missing stickers, can’t break safely, and a dent in my vehicle. This is when I request to speak to an owner, who seems to wish to restitute the issue and offers me to drive back 1.5hr for the third time, drop the vehicle off for the second time, and a rental will be waiting for me.
Phase 3 (I AM HERE):
Now, I am not “spoiled”, but I work hard, and know what I am worth. The damaged vehicle I dropped off is a 2018 Model S Tesla. After riding to the nearest Rental Center (no, the rental was not waiting for me), I was signed into a 2008 Toyota with no navigation, broken windows, and the list goes on. I had to FIGHT (stand my ground that I would NOT drive this car home) to get placed into a “better” Nissan with FM radio that smells like dog hair and Body Odor.
All I wanted was my car to be fixed, now, I am stuck in absolute hell - and all staff here only care to pour gasoline on top of me. I have no further patience or kindness

We hired this company to do extensive electrical work at our home. They were responsive and did the work quickly. However, after the work was done and paid for, we found that Carmean Electric is not a licensed contractor and is not licensed to do electrical work in the city of Springfield. We also found out that they did not obtain the proper permits (since they are not licensed they cannot get permits) to do the work, so the city cannot certify that the work was done up to city code. also found out by talking to other electrical contactors that Carmean overcharged us by close to triple what the job should have cost. After finding all this information out, I contacted the owner, Curtis, who lied and said they were licensed. He changed that tune after I told him I had already spoken with the city and found out he was not licensed. He then went on to say that the job did not require licensing and permits, even though the city had already confirmed it did, and Carmean has been sent letters telling them to cease doing work in the Springfield city limits. During the conversation, Curtis was extremely combative and told us he would not do anything to rectify the situation. He said even if we took him to court and won, he would not rectify the situation. In addition to all the above, they also broke lines between our pool pump and pool and left a ton of trash in our yard. This company will rip you off.

After completing a phone call to tell her husband about the situation and eating, she decided to go talk with the woman again to try to see why there appeared to be a grudge. Immediately after walking in, Mr Riggio came from the back and told her she needed to leave or he would call the police and tell them that she “attacked” his wife, which was a lie.
Inventory was terrible and there was harassment from the very beginning.
Everyone should stop by and try on everything they have. Keep them busy with putting clothes away but don’t buy anything. They obviously need some company in their lives.

We had two different materials used causing noticeable aging differences. A section flew off once. Every winter our gate door shifts with ground causing door to swing back and forth unsecured cause hinge doesn’t catch. Tie with rope to secure. Wasn’t a cheap project either.

If I could give HSR Property Services 0 stars, I would. Do not! I REPEAT! DO NOT hire this property management company to manage your properties. Where do I begin with the number of problems that you will experience if you hire HSR to manage your properties?!
I can put together a list of problems I experienced with HSR.
1. HSR managed the property I lived at for over 11 years and never did 1 walkthrough of the property. I got on the Board of Directors for the Association in December

2022. During that time, I started working with the property contractors and discovered that our retention pond/fountain was filled with mud. After doing a walkthrough with the contractor, he admitted that he hadn't spoken to HSR in over 9 years since they were originally hired. If HSR would've done a proper walkthrough of the property, they would have clearly seen the mud in the retention pond/fountain. This contractor was getting paid for at least 9 years to just come and turn on the fountain at the same time every year and never did any maintenance on the retention pond. HSR was just paying the contractor all those years and never did a walkthrough of the property.
2. HSR charges are excessive for closing documents. They have a Closing Fee Schedule that is not provided to the properties they manage and is not written within their contract. They attempted to charge me $825 for some documents (paid assessment letter, 22.1 disclosure, meeting minutes, budgets and association governing documents), which is more than the monthly fee to manage the property I lived at. It is a total rip off because all documents are sent electronically and doesn't require that much work. In the end, after disputing the $825 charge with them, they still charged me $700 for some electronic documents. Even while trying to dispute the charges, Debbie Bobis stated she had already finished the work and wouldn't answer any more of my questions. I should get a full days worth of answered questions for $700. The nerve! This was also a rip off because the Closing Fee Schedule was never disclosed to me as a homeowner. I had most of the documents they charged me for.
3. Their Property Managers are not knowledgeable in any of the Illinois Condominium Property Act (IDFPR) regulations and laws, therefore were not able to manage the property correctly or provide any advice to the Board of Directors of the Association. The lack of knowledge and professionalism from their Property Managers has caused many of problems in my old community including the following:
a. Homeowners paying the wrong assessment amounts due to
improper percentage of ownership calculations
b. Yearly budget being calculated incorrectly
c. No maintenance being done on common elements such as
balconies due to HSR telling homeowners for years they were
responsible for the maintenance only to find out that was not
true 11 years later
d. Unable to answer homeowners emails appropriately due to lack of knowledge or failed to respond in a
timely manner
e. Lack of communication when there is scheduled maintenance. One time they scheduled work to be done on the roof and none of the homeowners in my old building were notified. We were
awakened by people walking on the roof at 7 AM.
f. Will talk down on concerned homeowners to the Board of
Directors of the Association. In one email, Debbie Bobis even called me "futile".
When did it become appropriate to talk down on a concerned
homeowner that is a paying customer?
g. Attempted to improperly impose a special assessment on the homeowners without following the correct procedures according to the IDFPR
h. Attempted to increase the associations yearly budget by 115%
These are just a few of the problems I faced with HSR over the years. I can highlight so many more reasons why I would give them 0 stars. Save yourself a headache and find another property management company because HSR is not a good one! If you hire HSR, you might as well take your money and throw it down the drain. They will suck your association and homeowners dry of money without quality work.

They also wanted to have me switch to a different pool that was "significantly more expense" at no extra cost to me but couldn't provide me with any details of the pool so that I could check to see if it was legitimate. I requested a refund of my deposit because they could not provide what they had sold me. When I went in to pick up the receipt for the refund, I was informed that I would be charged a $144 transaction fee because I used my credit card. I refused and came home and called my credit card company and they advised that there is no transaction fee when a refund is issued. There are very limited options locally for pool companies, but PLEASE read the reviews and BBB complaints before you give these people any business.

I stepped out and was drying my face when I noticed that some of them came off and were on my forehead. Not happy, I caulked it up as a lesson of do not use a cheap salon for something like this. So, I went back in today to ask nicely for a refund of just the lash portion. I was very polite and asked quietly since there were patrons waiting for a service. When I asked about this, with my left-over lashes in an envelope she looked at me like was asking for her life. She asked me "I don't understand" I replied that I would like a refund for the lashes, she said that she needed to call her boss. Of course, this was a ploy tactic. She then called her boss and started speaking in her native tongue. I just knew how this was going to go. She got off the phone and told me that he said NO. I then explained that I wanted to speak to him, she did call back and spoke again in her language, I requested that they speak English. They did and he informed me that no refund would be given. I gave him the opportunity to just refund for just the lashes. ($27) and if he didn’t do this I would just go to my bank and do a chargeback for the charge of $44.00. So, I'm sure you know how this story ends. Will be making a call to my bank in the morning.
AGAIN, DO NOT PATRONIZE A COMANY SUCH AS THIS, THAT HAS NO REGARDS FOR THEIR CUSTOMERS.

My concern is that the tint shop should have know better and told me they couldn't tint because they didn't know how to clean a window properly. They took my money and said they could re tint and I'd be charged again for their incompetence.
I'm gonna have everything removed and redone by another company that will stand by their work.
I'll accept that maybe I should have done better research and took faith in the reviews. Lesson learned.

let the power steering run completely dry, to the point my wheel would not turn (they had to have had a difficult time just to get it parked). Upon inquiring about the issue they stated that since they put in my tech notes my rack and pinion was leaking (cause of low power steering) and since I didn't repair the 1000+ dollar fix to repair my rack and pinion they decided I also didn't deserve a top off of powered steering fluid even though I had brought it in well aware of the leak making sure it was full before hand. Then after driving around for about an hour noticed that my security system had been set off which would cause my horn to randomly go off blazingly loud constantly (I have NEVER had any issues of this prior). When inquired about I was first told I had a faulty aftermarket security system, I then left because they told me essentially they were going to recharge me now to take this system out as well as retest the battery (which makes no sense to retest the battery as it was already core charged and tested previous to the repair) after stating I was unhappy with the body of work to begin with and I was not gonna give them any more money , I left. I then parked at my house in which my horn began blaring again I took it straight back to the repair shop still honking over a 5 minute drive (embarrassing me in front of the entire town) I was told after he messed with cords in my car that it was actually a short circuit that he would have to pull apart my steering wheel fixture to fix. Overall TERRIBLE effort as well as body of work. They had my vehicle over a month and you can very clearly tell they spent all of a couple hours the day before they repaired my car . Will say the owner was willing to hold a conversation and hear my frustration but at the end of the day the owner is on the floor and allows poor and shotty work to come out of his garage and then will defend it on the back end. i contacted the state police personally, and was given an email to send regarding the use of the E FOID card, when i sent it and called back, the old man running the store claimed he "called the state PD and is waiting for a call back" no time frame was specified even though one was requested.
i suspect im being intentionally given the run around, as the store looks like its hard up for money and they hope the mailed copy will take long enough to arrive that they can charge for holding my gun for me.
products are left out unattended all over the store, they didn't even know they had my fire arm until the old man looked around and found the box under a random pile of other boxed fire arms.
if a gun store can't keep up with gun laws and their inventory, to the point that they are A YEAR behind and still telling people legal documentation is illegal to accept in their store, it probably shouldn't be operating anymore, or it needs to be operated by someone competent enough to keep up with the law and technology of the time.

I was very pleased. Within the next few days my hair started to fade more and more, I’d wash it, it would fade, I’d condition it alone, it would fade. I chewed on this, went to the bathroom and then calmly said to her that I was a regular customer, had been for years, and I wondered (since during my previous visits, I have never gotten the full service that the older white customers seem to get, as I can hear them being helped and conversed with while I am not checked on) whether she would be acting like she was doing me a favor by selling to me if I wasn't black. Just as a "shot in the dark", so to speak, since she was so short-tempered and rude to me.
And she said, "Let's not go there." Which is not an apology. Or even a proper rebuttal, I might add.
Now, in my experience, as a 50-year-old black woman working and living in virtually all white spaces my entire life, when people say something like that to you, in a dismissive, hostile tone, that you have struck a nerve.
Especially when you are not even given the benefit of eye contact. Which is to say, I was right.
They have many a good sale here as of late, no doubt due to the state of the economy and the lack of interest in brick and mortar stores. My hope, however is that when you patrons out there DO go to a retail space in person, you choose one that treats ALL customers with the respect, kindness and humanity no doubt EVERYONE deserves. Which certainly can't be found at Accents Plus.

Multiple people from our party started to speak up, and she finally (and reluctantly) agreed to take "one drink" off our check, which is all we had requested in the first place. Wow. All I can say is...none of us will be returning. STAY AWAY FROM THE WAIT STAFF, MANAGEMENT, AND ESTABLISHMENT.

TruHome installers are very efficient and professional. They offered solar panels that are on rails which was an advantage to us. Their sales presentation over the phone was very thorough, however, they did not provide any summary of the financial terms in print. This would be good to have at the outset.

Michael Conrad perpetrated as an Employee Discrimination Lawyer in 2009 and just as I saw another review he disappeared during a crucial juncture of my complaint and I never heard from him again. In fact, I attempted until the statute of limitations expired and my complaint was never completed. Now he is into real estate. Be aware!

Today i was working on this car doing an oil change, now in age oil is made better and you don’t need an oil change for 3-6 thousand miles on NORMAL oil. what i just explained then one of the older employees started yelling at me how i was stupid and what not. the counter guy that is in no authority roll came in and told me to clock out and leave. mind you in shock this happened. when i left i called the manager lady that’s in charge and she told me she would talk to the other manager about it. later in the day she calls and tells me it’s best if we split ways. like what. i’ve been there a month and you guys treat your new employees like this. Another thing is they hire you for a general tech and force you to go out on the service truck in below freezing temperatures on the 2nd day you work and didn’t even tell you so you go out with no coat or gloves or anything. this place is an absolute joke. LISTEN AND READ PEOPLES REVIEWS!!

Worst run facility I’ve ever seen. My mom was almost on the floor for over an hour and a half before the maintenance guy realized the bed wasn’t plugged in all the way. At that point the nurse said Well let’s try to salvage some of this breakfast(which had been there over an hour) Seriously if you care for someone PLEASE find another place to put them. Travis charged us $500 dollars for labor for a job that took less than an hour for John and another employee to re tie a well pump that had been put in wrong. When I called to talk to Travis about the outrageous labor charge he stated that there is a lot that goes on behind the scene for them to prep for a job. Please know I was charge a $350 charge for the use of the truck on top of a $500 labor charge. He also told me they start charging for labor the min they start loading their truck with tools

I would recommend going someone else for a genuine company with integrity because this is not the place.

I can't express in words how pleased I am with their ability to make our cars look brand new after accidents. I have used their services for over four years and I have never found an auto body shop who has done as good of a jprofessional job as they have and who have been so easy to work with.

Probably the most unprofessional shop I can think of I dealt with. I mean that can’t even get a simple return and refund right. I orders some parts I asked them to send the pack they agreed to never got my money. That was almost 2mo ago and know I get answer when I call and if I go by the shop know they hardly even ever open def a bad experience glad i didn’t get nothing worked on there cause I might have out of some more money and have a jacked up car that they would have made worse.
