Really great communication and work- once we got pictures of the fixed roof/flashing it looked brand new! Super impressed and would recommend Al & co to anyone!

The service was great the team was very friendly and professional. From the 2 nice lady’s who worked in the office (Kim & Karen), and the guys who worked on my roof(Anthony &Charlie) was very pleasant and really helped me feel comfortable choosing Elite roofing to do the job.

If you are looking for experienced roofers who can get the job done you can't do better than Elite Roofing!!

They responded quickly to my request for an evaluation and estimate. They determined the nature of the problem and explained what they would do to resolve it. We needed to special order a pair of replacement windows which required some waiting on our part but once received the repair proceeded as scheduled.

The team from Elite arrived on time and ready to get to work. They were prof essional, courteous and aware of how their work affected the area around them. Extremely TOP NOTCH crew!!

The bottom line is that Elite Roofing resolved my roof issues where various other companies could not. I had spent the prior 10+ years dreading when rain was in the forecast, now I have peace of mind!!

This review is long overdue. Al at Elite Roofing came out and inspected my roof when I purchased my home in Jersey City in 2016. He made several recommendations after inspecting the condition of the roof, and was extremely fair with his pricing. Upon officially buying the house and moving in, I decided to give Al a call to take him up on his offer to repair and redo sections of my roof. His team was here in a few days and installed the new roof in one day. Several weeks later I was getting water damage on the ceiling on my third floor, so I took some pictures, sent them to Al and he quickly got on the phone with me to discuss some possible causes and sent a guy out to check it out. We ended up needing to replace the entire roof again…but Al took the blame and ate the cost for some faulty materials that were causing the seams on my flat roof to not fully seal. Fast forward another few months and I started to have issues with water damage again near the circular drains on my roof. He came out and even suggested a plumber that came out to look at the damage and the drains. We determined the best step forward was to pitch my roof. So for a third time Al sent his team out to add a pitch to help remove the pooling of water on a section of my roof and did some touch up work on the other areas to make sure I was all good to go. It’s been several years now and several huge rain and snow storms, including the latest hurricane that hit NJ pretty hard and I have zero issues or water damage. I was holding off on reviewing Elite Roofing until I felt confident in the job they had done. It’s overdue, but we’ll deserved! They were super accommodating and made me feel like they were going to do whatever it took to get my roof to where it needed to be. I would highly recommend their services to anyone, and I think the only challenges we had during my job were due to my house’s roof and drains. Elite Roofing, located in Bayonne, hands down is the best roofing contractor. I have experienced many contractors whose words and actions do not align. That was not my experience with Elite Roofing. They are hardworking and get the job done. For example, on the day of my re-roof, there was work being done on my block that would have prevented my job. Charlie and team made a way to get through and made it happen! Al the owner came out to my job to ensure everything was done well. These gu ys are the real deal, they guarantee their work which is why I trusted them to do my roof. Lastly, they do quality work! I am very pleased with my roof. … – show

The whole team at Elite Roofing was great. When I first spoke with Al he offered for me to come to his shop and see everything they use for the roof. It was a great experience because he was able to explain and show me what material was going to be used on my roof.

I live in Jersey City and have a flat roof. Al talked through what we should do for the work and why. I appreciated the time he took to answer any and all of my questions leading up to the job and during the job.

When the crew was w orking they finished the job in 2-days and completed the work on the schedule. They were professional and cleaned up after themselves. They offered the most detailed information about what my roof needed for work and as a homeowner I was very grateful for that. I highly recommend working with Elite Roofing. … – show

Elite came to work on my gutters but found other things wrong with my roof, such as a hole in my chimney and vent. I was concerned about the last storm and the storm coming so they repaired it all the same day. I saw pictures before and after and now I feel relieved. I also felt the price was fair. They were professional and thorough. I would recommend this company highly. The office staff was helpful professional!

Al and his team were super easy to deal with and incredibly responsive. They sent me before pictures to give me a sense of where the water penetration might be on my roof, and then after pictures once done to show me the work completed. Most impressively they did my job within a week of me contacting them.

The company was able to come out on the day that the said they would and do a repair on my slate roof. Despite the huge volume of work they had they were able to fit me in as I had a leak that needed to be addressed.

My roof in Jersey City was replaced a few weeks before hurricane Ida. After reading all the great reviews I decided to call Elite Roofing and spoke with Al the owner. I have to say my experience was second to none. Al and his team are very knowledgeable and took the time to explain what my problems were and how they could be resolved. Al is truly the guru of roofers. From the first call, I knew I was in capable hands. What I liked the most was the technology they used. They actually flew a dron e over my house!!!! I also liked the transparency — there were pictures throughout the duration of the project.
Any time I called or emailed with questions or concerns, this company was very responsive. Overall, Al and his team were honest and reliable. The work was performed while I was at work and I did not have any issues. I knew their work was five star when my new roof had zero leaks during Hurricane Ida. I would highly recommend them without reservation!!! … – show

Elite Roofing is the best roofing company there is in Hudson County, Al the owner treats everyone like family once you become a customer! The replaced my flat roof the same week I called as I had massive leaks through my whole house! I could not have been happier with the whole process. If I can gave 100 stars I will!

We were pleasantly surprised by the time and effort taken by the Elite roofing family, most especially Nick, to help process and expedite our insurance claim. It made all the difference! The agreed upon work was done in a timely manner by a friendly and professional crew, who made sure our premises were left neat and clean after each day's work. Any issues we had were IMMEDIATELY addressed. They were patient and clear when answering all of our questions, both in person or by phone. We decided to give Elite Roofing a call after receiving some recommendations from friends. We had a very small leak that happened over the winter, and seemed to be an isolated event, but didn't want to take a chance as we have a historic row house that's 120+ years old. Within short time of leaving them a voicemail, Nick called back and made an appointment for the next day to do a quick roof inspection and estimate for any repairs we might need. On the day of the appointment, Nick showed up p romptly at the appointment time with James, and the two men were able to do a quick inspection from drone footage. They identified the issue (smaller than we expected!!), explained in full detail what repairs were to be done, and that same night we received the detailed written estimate complete with pictures pointing out what work is to be done. we were also told any permits that was necessary would be pulled by the company and we had nothing to worry about.

on the scheduled repair date, Nick and company came by on time, and quickly completed the work despite some complications they had to work through with a very vindictive and nosy neighbor. the crew was neat, professional, cleaned up after themselves, left everything exactly the way they found it, and answered every question we had patiently along the way. They made a return visit to help us out with a clogged gutter drain (not one they worked on) about a week later with a same day call!!

Elite Roofing has gone above and beyond for us and communication was always easy, quick, and detailed. They jokingly said in one conversation that once you're a client, you're part of the Elite Roofing family… and we definitely feel that we're now part of this large family. … – show

We are fortunate to get the services from Elite Roofing. Nick, James and Al are just wonderful people to do business with. Very professional and responsive. They also helped me with the insurance claim and we were able to get almost 5x than the original assessment. If not for Nick we can only cover maybe 30% of the repair needed.

Project was about 3,000 surface area and was finished in 1.5 day, gutter system included!

Highly recommended!
