    The hotel has a run down, dated “old” appearance on the inside. We stayed during the recent crazy weather and the heat couldn't keep up with the cold. Our rooms got down to 65 during the night (understandable with the freezing Temps). There was mold in the bathrooms. The workers were friendly and helpful. The breakfast had lots of options for a quick meal before we headed out.

    Never stay was given two separate rooms. Both dirty one with feces on the toilet. Was told only two maids for whole hotel. They get tired. I replied well I understand. But would like a clean room. Well all the rooms are cleaned by those two. We can clean the toilet. I replied no I’ll take a refund. At that point she said didn’t like my tome and told me to get out. I told her I need a refund. She said had been sent to my email. I said need a paper copy. Which at that point. Told the other woman. – show

    Older hotel that needs some love but the beds are comfortable and the team there is nice.

    Garbage place to work. Bathrooms are moldy, all the drains are stopped up, and I wouldn't walk Barefoot on those carpets for anything. And that's just the stuff you can see

    Room was disgusting! Trash everywhere. Popcorn kernels all over the floor. Bathtub was black on the bottom from dirt! Pillows were super small was not worth 190 $ for a few hours, we had been on the rd traveling for 2 days. Thankfully after speaking to the lady at the front desk she refunded all of our money.

    It 5:07 am and I’ve been up since just before 3 am due to rowdy group in the hallway. I have to get up now for a business meeting. I called the front desk at about 4 am after telling them myself to shut up. Front desk told me “they are leaving at 6”…. Are you kidding me? I’m a Hilton Gold — only a few stays away from Diamond and have never experienced this at any Hilton property. I will be sending a complaint to corporate as well. Room 120. Train your staff, and remove folks that don’t cond – show

    Breakfast was good and front desk was nice! Room was small, bed was rock hard, stuff left from previous guest and room just unclean.

    Was 4am before room finally cooled off. Mold in bath tub. Room in general disrepair. Better accomodations right across the road for significantly less money.

    friendly stuff clean rooms but be aware I heard some thieves of catalytic converters stolen couple catalytic converters on travelers cars in the hotels parking lots

    Horrible, rooms need to be updated and cleaned properly, especially the whirlpools. There was hair and dirt and even the ice machines were nasty and old

    If I could give lower I would, paid for a room with a whirlpool had to fight to get it and it didn't work and the front desk didn't care. I am hoping the GM will fix the issue. If so I will update the review. But for now avoid this place
