I have spoken with some truly amazing people for a court house. I have also spoken with some unfriendly ones but they do put up with a mess of rude lieing unkind people daily. No matter the case they have always had an answer for me kind or not

I can not understand as to why everyone I, and the reps at the DMV, have spoken to up at the Frankfort Regional office can't give proper or full information!! I have done EVERYTHING they have asked and still they want to give me the run around....

My husband and I are new to town, and he said this was the nicest staff and most efficiently run DMV he has been to. The lady whom worked that day was extremely nice. His picture turned out great as well.

Love the location but highly dislike everything else about it! Workers were nice though. Rules on everything is ridiculous now, and the simple fact that they got rid of their ID printer makes absolutely no sense! So now you'll be waiting 2 weeks…
